The written post is fine, my observation is towards the video, it is better that you omit it, or make it more complete. And in case you are going to make the video, it is also good to include subtitles in English, whit the list of ingredients and explaining the procedure.

It is also appropriate that your cover photo be the finished drink, not the unprocessed fruits.
