Best Summer Refreshing Drinks – Papaya Juice

Friends, Happy Tuesday everyone.

Today is a beautiful day but very sunny and hotter than yesterday. Yesterday was a bit cold and the temperature was very low. In fact, the temperature never stays the same during summer, but sometimes it goes up as well as it goes down. But the matter of nature is now much uncertain.

Considering today's heat, I am bringing some papaya from the market, although I always love papaya as a fruit. However, as ripe papaya is popular in our country, raw papaya is also very popular as a vegetable. I also have a big papaya tree in my own garden, I try to cook them as a vegetable most of the time.

But today I will prepare the juice of ripe papaya with you. It is quite a matter of taste, to be honest, when the thirst of the heart increases to a great extent in the heat of the summer, a glass of cold juice of this ripe papaya, is very refreshing to the heart and can undoubtedly make the heart feel more lively.

I try to consume a little more juice of seasonal fruits during summer, drink it with some ice in the afternoon to keep the heart fresh. I think the only way to refresh the heart in the heat of summer is a glass of cold seasonal fruit juice. Let's see today's juice recipe-

Required Materials-

  • Ripe papaya 100 grams
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • Salt 1/3 tsp
  • Brown salt 1/3 tsp
  • Mint leaves- like quantity
  • Ice-like quantity
  • Half a glass of water

Preparation method-

First I sliced the papaya and put it in the jug of the blender. I made the slices a little thinner so that the juice would be nice.

Then I added sugar, white salt, brown salt, mint leaves and water.

Then I blended it well, then I poured it into a glass and added some ice to it, then topped it with mint leaves to enhance the beauty.

The favorite and hot satisfaction ripe papaya juice is ready to serve. I have made two quantities here. I made two glasses in total. It was very tasty to drink with some ice.

Just as these wonderful juices are the reason for our heart's relief during the summer season, our physical nutrition also plays an important role in keeping us healthy.

Papaya is very rich in vitamins. This fruit is my favorite fruit. I am currently also planting papayas, hopefully they will bear fruit later. Papaya juice is very easy to make. I also make it often.
