Hi amazing drink today I want to share a simple drink recipe, with simple ingredients too, namely a drink that is slightly sour but rich in benefits, one of which is being able to maintain ideal body weight, and maintain body health and being able to ward off free radicals that enter the body, and coincidentally this afternoon the weather is so hot I really want to enjoy a drink that is fresh and easy to make

When I was walking around yesterday in a shopping center, I saw a musk orange that I had never bought before. This orange is very small but very nutritious. I was very curious about the taste so I just bought a small pack, because I had planned to make musk orange juice which I would later mix with chia seeds, as a substitute for basil seeds.

I love chia seeds, chia seeds are my mainstay drink in the morning to add fiber to my daily menu, so I regularly consume chia seeds and I also often add chia seeds to other fresh drinks that I make myself at home.

and today I will also sprout chia seeds in my squeezed orange drink, it looks like it will be very delicious when I drink it later

8 calamondins
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Manufacturing procedure

First

First I took an orange and cut it into 2 parts, then I took a sieve and squeezed the orange juice over the sieve so that the seeds didn't get into the orange juice.

Next, I soaked the chia seeds in water for a while before putting them in the squeezed orange juice. Meanwhile, I added granulated sugar to the orange juice and then poured it into a glass.

Next, after the chia seeds have expanded a little, I put them in the orange juice and this drink is ready to be served.

RESULTS

This is the result of the drink, before I drink it as usual I put it in the refrigerator first so that it will be fresher when we drink it, I don't use ice cubes if you want to use ice cubes please do so because the stock of ice cubes in my refrigerator is no longer there, because I rarely make it

The fresh sweet and sour taste makes my throat even better, because this lime is different from the usual lime, this lime is less sour but if you add a little sugar it will be very delicious, especially when drunk while it's cold like this, mmmm refreshing
