Tangering (Citrus × sinensis) Mint Juice

Hello everyone
It’s time to make sweet orange fruit juice with mint flavor. Well everyone think it’s a orange but it’s not the pure orange of not I am confused. Its cross bride of Citrus × sinensis Some people called it Mandarin Orange. Before I was posted a juice recipe about orange. But today I am making this with this cross fruit. This fruit is as same as orange. Test are little bit different. You can separated every part of orange but about this fruit it’s not possible to separate. So you need to cut every this fruit and then you can eat. Even you can remove its upper shell. Well I am using mint flavor to make this more testy.

Benefit

Well is as same as orange. It’s full of vitamin C and others. And how to vitamin C help our body everyone know that. So i am not going to describe that.

Test

Its test very sweet. But some time we find it’s much sour. But it’s more and more testy then orange. Well this juice is testier because I add mint and some sugar so my juice is more and more testy and minty flavor. When you take a sweep of this drink you can feel the cold and very nice flavor. I am sure everyone like this.

Some ingredient

  1. (Citrus × sinensis) fruit one piece
  2. Sugar 2 table spoon
  3. Mint leaf 7 piece
  4. Water half glass

Steps

Well starting with cut the top of the fruit and then using a spoon to pull o all the fruit from the shell. I am going to make the shell as a glass. So I am going to pull of the fruit from the shell by spoon. You know that this work id much difficult. You need to do it very carefully.

Now cut the fruit in small pieces. Because you cannot separate every part like orange. So using a knife to make this fruit in small pieces.

Taking all the fruit in a blender. You know the we are going to blend everything very properly. So your blender must be work properly.

Now adding sugar and mint leaf. I am using few number of mint leaf. If you want you can use more. It’s totally depends on you.

Finally add half glass of water. And blend everything properly. You know without water it can’t be blend properly. But be sure not to use too much water. Otherwise your blend is not much smooth

There are too much wastage in the blender. So I am using a strainer to filter all the juice. At first I am taking this in fruit shell and then taking it’s in a glass. I am using a spoon to filter everything properly.

Finally I am adding mint leaf to decorated the juice.. Now it’s ready to drink.

Note

This is not the same orange fruit I posted before. It’s a cross bride of (Citrus × sinensis) . May be I am little bit confuse of its real name.

The tangerine is a family of orange, but they certainly have differences, however it is a delicious fruit. In my culture we associate the tangerine with prosperity and joy, and it is a fruit that we consume a lot during the Christmas period, as it is harvest time.

The recipe you share is very ingenious, I have not tried making menthol tangerine juice, but I think I will. The way you use the shell as a glass to serve the drink is something very creative on your part. Great recipe.
