Lo primero que necesitamos hacer es cortar nuestro caqui, la parte de arriba de la fruta que no necesitamos, y si deseas puedes retirarle la piel, pero la verdad es que cuando queda bien licuada a esta fruta no le sentirás los grumos o pedazos de su piel. Luego de preparar el caqui y colocarla en la licuadora, vamos a colocar la guayaba yo conseguí en formato de pulpa congelada, ya que es muy complicado y costoso encontrar esta fruta en mi país, así que simplemente agregue la fruta a la licuadora, después agregaremos el agua y licuaremos hasta que nuestra bebida se encuentre sin ningún grumo y cremoso.
Así de fácil logramos preparar esta deliciosa y nutritiva bebida. Con esta cantidad logré preparar un total de 4 vasos de esta bebida.
