Butterfly Pea Lemonade

Hi bloggers and community. Today I want to share a beautiful drink. This drink is made from beautiful flowers that have just been picked from their stems. Butterfly pea flowers are one of my favorites. I usually use them to make tea or as a natural food coloring for some of my dishes. Today, I will share how I enjoy these beautiful flowers as tea.

Ingredients:

• 7 butterfly pea flowers
• 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

• Prepare 300 ml of hot water

• Pour into a glass containing the butterfly pea flowers

• Let sit for 5 minutes

• While waiting, prepare the lemon

• Cut the lemon into several pieces

• Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice, then set aside

• Pour the cooled butterfly pea infusion into a glass

• Add 1 tbsp of honey

• Add ice cubes

• Pour in the lemon juice prepared earlier

• Stir well

• The butterfly pea lemonade iced tea is ready to drink
