The recent rainy days, from late afternoon until midnight, have made the weather quite cold. I really wanted to take a nap after performing my evening prayers, but the weather was too conducive for that. However, sleeping too early would waste my time, and I wouldn't be able to finish some of my work.
Nighttime is the perfect time to work, in my opinion. I usually write down some things I need to do for the next day or even prepare my recipe posts on this platform, like what I'm doing now. Ginger drink is one of the drinks that faithfully accompanies me during my busy hours. Usually, I just drink ginger tea with a little palm sugar. But this time, the ginger drink is a bit different from what I usually make.
Warm Ginger Milo

Here, I will show you how to prepare this warm drink for you to serve and enjoy with your family at home. Check out the easy recipe below!.
Ingredients

1 tablespoon of palm sugar
10 cm of ginger
1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk

- Add the ginger to the water and cook until the water has reduced slightly.

- Once it has boiled and the water has reduced slightly, strain the ginger mixture into a container.

- Finally, add the Milo and sweetened condensed milk and stir until well combined. Add while hot so that the Milo and other ingredients dissolve, then serve in a cup.

Result

Serve ginger milo in a cup and sip it slowly while working or even while relaxing and enjoying the cool atmosphere of a rainy night. Ahh, this is perfect to accompany me tonight, not too sweet, just right for my taste buds.

The medium thickness of the drink with its very authentic flavor will surely make anyone who enjoys it love it. The spiciness of the ginger with the sweetness of palm sugar makes it even more delicious. If you like, you can also add powdered creamer to this drink I'm sure you'll be hooked.

You've given me a wonderful idea. Heating ginger on the stove will make it more useful when cooking, I imagine.
It tastes a little different to me, the aroma is more pronounced, I really like the taste.
