Everyone good to see you all. I,m doing well, hope are you also well. I,m get a new drink recipe.This recipe was made by hand. There i,m not to needed to use grinder. Ramadan month was start so everyone i,m try to make something healthy recipe for iftar. So i,m make a heathy and tasty drink. I,m going to make sago drink with milk,custard and lot of food. I,m make sago drink.
2.liquid milk - 1/2 litter
3.Sugar - 1 cup
4.Custard powder - 2 tablespoon
5.Cherry fruit - 6 pieces
6.Grapes -12-15 pieces
7.Banana -2
8.apple - 1
9.Orange -1
First take 200 gram sago in a bowl and give some water in it. And dipped it about 1 or 2 hours.
Now i,m take dipped sago and boiled it. To boiled sago i,m take a pot ina stove and give more water for boiling.
When it was boiled. I,m keep it for sometime to cold and then Strain through sieve. Remove all water so i,m Strain through sieve.
Now i,m take 1/2 litter milk in a pan and i will heat the milk. I,m also add 1 cup of sugar into the milk and 2 tablespoon condensed milk. Stir it for sometime.
Cut all fruit these fruits are 5-6 cheery, 12-15 grapes, 1 apple, 1 orange, 2 banana. Cut all fruits and keep it in a plate.
Time to mixed all ingredients into the milk. First i,m give all cooked sago, Then give all fruits cherry, grapes apple,orange and banana. Give all fruits and mixed with milk and sago.
Last i,m give 2 tablespoon custard powder into the milk. Then stir it and mixed it.
Sago drinks for Ramadan was make. Now serve it so i,m take a glass and put all sago drink into the glass.
To decorated the sago drink i,m give some Cherry, apple, grapes, banana, Orange and sago over the glass of drink. It was look so colorful.
We all enjoy our drink when we are break our fasting. Sago, milk and fruits all are healthful. The taste was just amazing. @amazingdrink.
