Hey, good evening, HIVE friends in this community. It's been 1 week that the air temperature in my city has experienced extreme changes, for the past 1 week the air temperature has reached 37 degrees Celsius. Maybe for those of you who are in the 4 seasons, this is a natural thing, but not in our country, Indonesia. Moreover, at this time we are carrying out the Ramadhan fasting which will soon end in a few days, usually 1 week there is 1 rain to cool the temperature, but not for this one week. during the fasting month of Ramadhan this afternoon, I want to occasionally make ice to break my fast, and because I'm too lazy to leave the house with this hot temperature, I use what's in my refrigerator.
And it turns out that in my refrigerator there are only 2 kinds of fruit, namely melon and young mango which are still very sour, because at first I wanted to make this mango into a spicy fruit salad. However, because there are several mangoes, they are still left to be processed again at a later time. Actually, I have never made melon juice mixed with mangoes, especially young mangoes with a high level of acidity, and this is where my mother's soul is at stake to make this juice, is this juice really very sour and still suitable for drinking? or even become a refreshing juice, and to answer this question from myself I will immediately make it and I will share it with all my friends in this community.
Necessary materials :
1. 1 slice of melon
2. 1 mango
3. 3 tablespoons of palm sugar
4. 1 glass of ready-to-drink water
5. Ice cubes
How to make :
1. Cut the melon as needed
(in this case I use several pieces of melon that I have roughly chopped)
2. Then peel the mango, wash it and then slice it thinly and remove the mango seeds
3. After that, put the melon pieces, sliced mangoes and palm sugar into the blender then add 1 glass of water that is ready to drink
4. Blend until smooth then add ice cubes.
5. Mango melon juice is ready to be enjoyed.
And because I made this juice 10 minutes before breaking my fast, I was worried whether this could be consumed or not, and how it tasted, after 10 minutes and it was time to break my fast, I immediately enjoyed this juice and it turned out to be very fresh, sweet, sour. which is not too sour, and the fragrance of the mango combines with the melon to create a distinctive taste. It turns out that there is always a first and don't be afraid to fail. And the model I wear today is my own husband.
And what about my friends, have you ever been like me, who often makes things for the first time and the results are satisfying? Or how about your juice today. let's share and greetings from us Tomi and Maya from the city of Binjai Indonesia

We are just starting the mango season and here in Venezuela it is also getting very hot like in your country, like 35 °C. And here we don't have seasons either, only rainy season and dry season.
Wow, I just found out that your country doesn't know the four seasons... this is good info @beysyd
