Make a refreshing sour smoothie with a combination of 3 ingredients

Hello HIVE friends in this community, greetings of health to all of us, and to support this healthy program I will make a delicious, fresh and slightly sour smoothie. Why sour because I use green apples to cover up the slightly uncomfortable taste of beets because not everyone likes the taste of beets which until now I consider the fruit to smell of soil, but this fruit also has many benefits so to consume this fruit I have to mix other fruits to disguise the taste of course.



The ingredients I need to make my smoothie this time are:

1. 1 green apple

2. ½ medium-sized beet (it is clear that in making this smoothie, the size of the beet is not bigger than the green apple, so that the taste of the green apple is much more dominant compared to the beet.)

3. 2 tomatoes

4. 1 glass of water



How to make:


1. Wash the apple until clean then cut it into pieces and put it in a blender

2. Peel the beet fruit, wash it until clean then put it in a blender

3. Likewise with the tomato which must be washed again until clean then put it in a blender without having to remove the seeds first

4. The last ingredient to go in is of course water

5. After that, blend until smooth (I forgot to take a picture)

6. And without removing the seeds, this smoothie can be consumed



At room temperature, this smoothie can last up to 4 hours. If it is past 4 hours, the taste has changed slightly, meaning it is stale and no longer suitable for consumption. However, if this smoothie is placed in the freezer, it will last up to 2 weeks. If it is in the refrigerator without a freezer, I only suggest no more than 3 days.
The taste produced by this smoothie is the dominant green apple acid that beats the taste and aroma of the beet. Because my goal in using this composition is so that the earthy aroma produced by the beet fruit is not smelled and detected by the tongue so that my husband can also consume it. The beet fruit only leaves behind the color, but even so, I am sure the beet fruit content will not disappear, especially since I made this smoothie to be consumed directly.
