Welcome to my blog. I made another smoothie today and this one has a delicious taste, well I just said that beccause it is the mixture of Banana 🍌 and Papaya 😋 yummy.
The smoothie is creamy and good for a snacks and breakfast.
Research has made it known that a glass full of papaya juice helps to increase your immunity level. It has high vitamin C which can give you 200% of your daily vitamin C, this, increasing immunity and resistance to various infections.
The ingredients includes
2kg of Papaya
A comb of about 6 Bananas
2.0g Cinnamon
2.5g Ginger
Here's The Process👇🏾:
• Wash, Peel and dice the Fruits (including the ginger leaving the cinnamon that has been crush and Put everything into the blender and BLEND!!!
• Put the blended juice in a strainer and sieve the smoothie leaving the pulp. I was able to produce 1.5 litres of smoothie. This is an amazing drink , so nutritious.
• You can now drink. I added ice cubes🧊 in mine 😁.
