Watermelon cucumber and lime mocktail for warm weather

Hello, drink lovers, friends, and community! Greetings! The weather here has been quite unstable; it should typically be cool and pleasant at this time, but instead, it's cloudy, warm, and uncomfortable. Coming from a colder country, we find it quite warm here, which leaves us constantly in need of something refreshing to drink. We usually eat more fruits and prefer water, but sometimes it's nice to enjoy juice made from juicy fruits.

Although it's not watermelon season right now, some locals have started cultivating watermelons, which are available at the market. Last week, I bought a watermelon at the weekly market, but it wasn't of the same quality we usually get in March. It wasn't as sweet and tasty as we are used to. after a few bites my husband said to leave it out for the animals. but I wanted to try something instead of just throwing it away, I planned to make it into juice, combining it with cucumber and lime to enhance the flavor. Plus, I've made some popsicle sticks and ice for later use.

Ingredients:
1/2 medium size Watermelon
1 medium size cucumber
1/2 lime

I wasn't satisfied with this watermelon it looks like picked early before get matured.
Peeled and cut into pieces.

Peeled cucumber as well.

Filled mixer jar with the cucumber and watermelon.

Squeezed lime juice,

Run the mixer for 1 minute. the nice blend is ready

Strained it using a strainer.

Discarded the seeds.

Filled popsicle molds

Ice cube mold.

and remaining enough for two glasses.

And the delicious mocktail is ready.
