Hello lovers of @amazingdrink, welcome you all to my blog. Today am thrilled to share with us all one of my favorite recipes on how to prepare a healthy and nutritious soybeans milk.
Soy milk is happily made with soybeans, water and sugar and some flavor to taste. for all natural milk and soybeans lovers, this milk is one option to pick from. It is rich with so much goodness and that too packed with lots of health benefits. Soy milk is low in calories, high in protein and rich in different vitamins and minerals. Regular drinking of soy milk may improve cholesterol level, reduce high blood pressure, fight inflammation and helps maintaine ones weight.
Ever since I personally learned how to prepare soy milk myself, I have come to fall in love with it cause it's either it get burnt, sour or it's something else that I have to stop buying out and asked my aunt to put me through with the process of making it.
To get started with the soy milk drink, these were the ingredients I used:
*Soybeans (174g)
*Water ( three large cups)
*Sugar ( 87g)
*Vanilla milk flavor ( one sachet)
PROCEDURES
Firstly, I picked out dirt from the soybeans after which I washed with clean water and allowed to soak overnight.
The next morning I washed properly with water and then blend it to form a paste, added three large cups of water in my pot and then set it on the fire to cook. Some persons would want to seive the chaff out before boiling but I decided not to till it's properly cooked cause it helps to when the milk is ready when the chaff becomes eatable then you bring down from the fire and allowe to cool.
After it's cold, I then filtered using a sieve cloth after which i seperated the milk in two different bowls and in each of the bowl I divided the ingredients equally such as the sugar and flavor and mixed properly and then our soy milk is ready.
I packed some in a container to refrigerate cause it is better serve chilled.
Thank you for your time, peace 🕊️
