Feliz noche amigos de esta comunidad de Amazing drinks, hoy les traigo un rico jugo de merey, cuento con la suerte de tener una mata al lado de mi casa, ahorita tiene muchos frutos los cuales aprovechan más los pájaros que yo, es que están muy altos pero mi esposo hizo todo lo posible por tumbar varios para hacer un rico jugo.

Esta fruta es muy rica y jugosa. Aunque su sabor es fuerte, muy bueno para la garganta, su dulce es muy rico y las semillas aún más sabrosas, cuando era adolescente en mi tierra natal mis hermanos, mi papá y yo nos dábamos a la tarea de recolectarlas, las dejábamos secar y después las asabamos, era un trabajo fuerte pero disfrutabamos mucho comerlas pero era mejor cuando ya te las daban listas😆😆😆, sin más que decir paso a los Ingredientes y al paso a paso.

5 mereyes
1 1/2 litros de agua
Papelón derretido o azúcar
Hielo(opcional)

5 cashews

Le quito las semillas a los mereyes y los lavo bien para eliminar impurezas, los corto en pedazos, había un merey que estaba muy maduro y se rompió todo y estaba muy jugoso.

Después que los pique en pedazos pequeños los eche en la licuadora con el agua y los licue a máxima velocidad para que se licuaran bien, eso lo hice durante 4 minutos, luego lo cole para eliminar la pulpa que no se licuo, enjuague la licuadora y eche el jugo ya colado y le agregue papelón al gusto y lo bati por 2 minutos, ya listo lo eche en un vaso con bastante hielo y listo a disfrutar este rico y refrescante jugo.

After chopping them into small pieces, put them in the blender with the water and blend them at maximum speed so that they liquefy well, I did that for 4 minutes, then I strain it to remove the pulp that is not liquefied, rinse the blender and pour the juice already strained and add paprika to taste and beat it for 2 minutes, then pour it in a glass with plenty of ice and ready to enjoy this rich and refreshing juice.

Nota: si usted lo prefiere le puede agregar azúcar.
