Hello #HIVE friends, it is a pleasure for me to be able to share again in this community. This time I want to meet "Chimó" one of my youngest female cats.

Chimó is the daughter of "Mía" another of my female cats that I rescued from the streets and that I already introduced to you in a previous post.

Chimó Sleeping, that's what she likes to do mostly the time! Haaaw... I love this little kitty!

When some of our cats give birth to new babies, we usually give them up for adoption to known families in our town, and they are always families with children or elderly people who want company. Also generally after the first or second birth, we usually spay our female cats.

In the litter where "Chimó" was born, there were also three more kittens: one orange tabby male, one grey tabby male and one black and white female. All of them were given to close families and are being very pampered and well cared.

But when we saw the little newborn "Chimó", we didn't even know what kind of coat color she was, she seemed to have a little purple fur and the incipient coat was black with tiny brown tones, we never had before a kitten with these colors at home! So, we fell in love with little "Chimó" and, although there were families interested in adopting her, we never wanted her leave us .

Chimó on her favorite pillow... I think she was a bit angry because I woke her up.... :-)

Our veterinarian visited us the next day after birth and told us that the little kitten had a coat color called "Carey" -tortoiseshell- (so called because of its resemblance to the color of the shell in sea turtles of the same name).

But here in our country, we call the chewing tobacco paste as "Chimó" and it also has a similar color to the tortoiseshell coat of our kitty. That's why we decided to name ourn lovely kitty that way :-) . And that is how "Chimó" stayed in our home and in our hearts. Obviously, "Chimó" is not a very sophisticated name, but we think it sounds a bit like "French"! Hahahaha... :-)

Look at this, she also knows how to pose like a model for the camera!.... Isn't my little cat girl a beauty?

Now Chimó is a very important part of our family. She is a good sleeper and has chosen a couch in our house, whose cushions are upholstered in colors very similar to her "Carey" coat. So Chimó seems to be camouflaged during the day on her couch, it is very easy for her to go unnoticed and to have long naps! She is a sleepy and charming cat!

And last but not least, this photo with Chimó making tender eyes!.... I love this little kitty!

All these pictures are of "Chimó" resting on her couch, in some of them she appears a little upset because the photographer has disturbed her!

I hope you like "Chimó", thank you very much to all of you for sharing in this community.

Kind Regars!
