This month's theme is fan culture. I decided that it would be perfect to make a fanart of our lovely blockchain, Hive. Hive, no doubt, is one of the best blockchains out there, and it is my favorite. Hive isn't just a Blockchain, it's a blogging platform. Users write, post, communicate and connect on hive. Hive let's users express themselves in whatever manner they want. The interesting part is that users get to earn while doing that.

The hive blockchain powers so many incredible projects. Its native token is performing very well in the market. Hive is simply amazing. On hive, there are so many wonderful communities that are focused on different topics. In these communities, like minded people come together and create content that express their thoughts and capabilities. On top of everything, hive is a platform where originality is very well appreciated.
Let's get into making this lovely art of the hive logo.

Materials

1. Cartons
2. Red plastic bag
3. White plastic bag
4. A pair of Scissors
5. Glue
6. Pen

Steps

Step 1

First, I cut out a piece of carton. Next I drew a rough sketch of the hive logo

Step 2

Using my scissors, I carved out the sketch I drew, such that I had the different components that made up the hive logo

Step 3

I put the carved out pieces of carton on the red plastic bag, then I used my pen to trace out their outlines on the plastic bag.

Step 4

I cut out the shapes on the plastic bag. So I ended up having corresponding shapes to the pieces of carton I carved out earlier.

Step 5

I glued the different plastic bag shapes to their corresponding pieces of carton

Step 6

I cut out another rectangular shaped carton. Then I cut the white plastic bag into a corresponding rectangular shape and glued it on top of the rectangular carton I cut out.

Step 7

I glued the red cartons on the rectangular carton coated with white plastic bag to give me the hive logo. That's it!

As you can see, this was a very simple yet beautiful art. Hive is a platform very dear to me and I was really excited to make this art. I hope you liked my art.
