Un día para practicar la repostería nuevamente. Me ido desarrollando en este mundo, gracias a mi hermana que me ha compartido tips. Ella hace unos pasteles delicioso y como tenemos un emprendimiento juntas ahora yo práctico mucho para también aprender y repartirnos más las labores.

Esta vez realicé un pastel de vainilla con relleno de fresa y crema chantilly, no tenía muchos ingredientes, pero sí los justos para practicar.

A day to practice baking again. I have been developing in this world, thanks to my sister who has shared tips with me. She makes delicious cakes and as we have a business together now I practice a lot to also learn and share more of the work.

This time I made a vanilla cake with strawberry filling and whipped cream, I did not have many ingredients, but just enough to practice.


Ingredientes que voy a utilizar:

  • 125 GR de harina de trigo leudante
  • 90 gr de azúcar
  • 3 huevos
  • 80 ml de aceite
  • 80 ml leche
  • 7 fresas grandes
  • 60 gr chantilly en polvo
  • 60 ml de leche


Ingredients I will use:

  • 125 GR leavening wheat flour
  • 90 gr of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 ml oil
  • 80 ml milk
  • 7 large strawberries
  • 60 gr powdered whipped cream
  • 60 ml milk



Voy a separar las claras de los huevos, y las yemas. Vamos a batir las claras con la mitad del azúcar para agregarlas más adelante en la mezcla.
Estas claras no me crecieron casi nada, la idea era que me quedaran más firmes.

I am going to separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. We are going to beat the egg whites with half of the sugar to add them later in the mixture.
These egg whites did not grow almost at all, the idea was to make them firmer.



Voy a batir las yemas con el aceite, lo voy integrando en forma de hilo y vamos unificándolos.

I am going to beat the egg yolks with the oil, I am going to integrate it in the form of a thread and we are going to unify them.



Ahora integro la harina y la leche. Vamos a ponerla en tres partes la harina, y dos partes la leche. Esto ya lo mezclo con una paleta y no con la batidora.

Now I integrate the flour and the milk. We are going to put it in three parts flour, and two parts milk. I mix this with a paddle and not with the mixer.



Con la mezcla ya homogénea, le agrego las claras de huevo, lo integro sin sobre batir. Llevo al horno por 40 minutos a 180 grados centígrados en una tortera ya engrasada.

Once the mixture is homogeneous, I add the egg whites and integrate it without over beating. I bake it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in a greased pan.



Ahora voy a realizar una mermeladita de fresa para rellenar la torta.
Lavo muy bien y pico en tamaño molar todas las fresas. Las llevo a una ollita con tres cucharadas de azúcar y un chorrito de agua, las voy cocinando hasta que se reduzcan, y ya las tengo listas.
Las dejo llegar a temperatura ambiente antes de ponerla dentro de la torta.

Now I am going to make a strawberry jam to fill the cake.
I wash all the strawberries very well and cut them into small pieces. I put them in a small pot with three spoonfuls of sugar and a little water, cook them until they are reduced, and they are ready.
I let them come to room temperature before putting them inside the cake.



Llegó la hora de hacer la chantilli, no había usado esta preparación en polvo pero quise darle una oportunidad.
Se coloca el polvo en un envase y se le agrega 60 ml de leche.
Se bate con la batidora hasta tener el punto que necesitamos.

La verdad cuando la hice quedó muy linda, pero cuando comencé a decorar la torta se fue aguando, no me gusto esa forma en polvo. Usualmente uso chantillí líquida y es mucho más estable y duradera.


It was time to make the chantilli, I had not used this preparation in powdered form before but I wanted to give it a try.
Put the powder in a container and add 60 ml of milk.
Beat it with the mixer until you get the point we need.

The truth when I made it was very nice, but when I started to decorate the cake it became watery, I didn't like that powdered form. I usually use liquid whipped cream and it is much more stable and durable.



Ya con la torta lista y no caliente, procedo a cortarla en tres partes y rellenarla.
Pongo una capita de chantilly y arriba la mermeladita de fresas en las dos capas internas.

Once the cake is ready and not hot, I proceed to cut it in three parts and fill it.
I put a layer of whipped cream and on top the strawberry jam in the two inner layers.



Luego la cubro con la chantilli, y trato de alisar la crema lo más que puedo para que se vea más bonita.

Then I cover it with the chantilli, and try to smooth the cream as much as I can to make it look nicer.




La terminé de decorar con mas chantilli y jugué con algunos colorantes, sin embargo, la crema se me puso muy aguadita y no me dejó practicar tan bien el decorado.
Quedo divertida y en la parte de arriba terminé de agregar la mermelada que me quedaba.

I finished decorating it with more chantilli and played with some coloring, however, the cream got too watery and didn't let me practice the decoration so well.
It was fun and on the top I finished adding the remaining jam.




El pastel quedó delicioso, aprovechamos que teníamos visita y comimos un rico postre con café, espero esta receta les haya gustado y sigamos compartiendo nuestros tutoriales para nutrirnos mutuamente.
