Saludos comunidad de Hive. Parte de nuestro regreso al mercado, después de una pausa en 2016, con breve actividad en 2017; es la incorporación de nuevos productos y formas de hacer negocio más disruptivas. Esto último lo haremos gracias a esta blockchain.

En cuanto a los nuevos productos, nos enfocaremos en regalos personalizados bastante original, pero que también sirvan para la publicidad. Hoy les traemos la primera prueba realizada, donde todo salió a la perfección. Haremos más modelos para enamorar a la clientela y que vean las infinitas posibilidades que existen entorno a este producto.

Se trata de letreros corpóreos para interiores, resinados y en un material muy liviano y económico. Además su fabricación es relativamente rápida. El único tiempo mayor de espera, es para el secado de la resina, que demora aproximadamente 24 horas en secar.

Con este proceso se pueden hacer muchas letras y además nosotros añadimos el toque de la impresión, más el resinado, que le da un acabado espectacular.

Primero se crea el arte en un programa vectorial, para ser impreso en vinil, que será pegado a las letras. Por su parte el soporte de las letras se corta. Se pueden hacer las letras 3D, más un soporte que de mayor profundidad, o todo integrado, pero no quedaría tan bello.

Se pega el vinil en cada letra con cuidado. Se pinta de negro la base, ya que solo viene en color blanco. Es una especie de anime (corcho blanco) como le dicen en unos países.

Después se aplica resina epóxica en la superficie de las letras y cuando sequen se pegan a la base y listo.

The vinyl is carefully glued on each letter. The base is painted black, since it only comes in white. It is a kind of anime (white cork) as it is called in some countries.

Then epoxy resin is applied on the surface of the letters and when they dry they are glued to the base and that's it.
