its with a great pleasure that am welcoming everyone to my blog and I hope you are all doing well and having a great day, I will like to share with you today how I bake a fluffy vanilla cake

Recipe for vanilla cake

Flour - 500 grams
Butter - 500 grams
Sugar - 300 grams
Eggs - 10 large eggs
Baking powder - 2 tablespoon
Preservative - half teaspoon
Vanilla Flavour - 3 teaspoon
Mixed fruit - 10 grams

Method of baking

Firstly I measured my butter and sugar in a very clean plastic bowl, cream until it very soft and fluffy

After it is well creamed, then in a seperate bowl I have my flour, baking powder and preservatives

After then my eggs and it was broken in a
very clean plastic bowl, whisk untill it is well foamy

Then I started mixing, I added my broken eggs into my butter and sugar, then follow by my Flavour, mixed fruit, I mixed together untill it is well mixed then I started adding my flour gradually, and mix gradually

Baking was done for about 35 to 40 mins
