I'm doing well, and I'm super excited because this time I'm bringing you a cute boy's outfit, almost my first set, since I had already made one before, which wasn't one of my favorites, but it gave me the experience to work on this new project.

Espero que todos esten teniendo una agradable semana, cargado de mucha buena onda, inspiración y alegria.
Yo me encuentro bien, y estoy super emocionada pues en esta ocasion, os traigo un lindo conjunto de chico, el casi 1er juego, pues habia echo ya uno anterior, que no fue de mis favoritos, pero me dio la experiencia para trabajar en este nuevo proyecto.

Before we begin, I'd like to thank all the creators in this immense community once again. Without you, it wouldn't be possible to find inspiration, improve, and surprise everyone with each project. I also want to thank the curators who do such important and meaningful work supporting, sharing, promoting, and correcting the various posts. I've been somewhat absent these past few days, as I haven't had the energy or inspiration to create new projects, whether textile, craft, or handmade. This particular one took me over two weeks to work on, as I kept putting it off until the next day.
I invite you to join me in this interesting arrangement.

Antes de comenzar, me encantaría volver a agradecer, a todos los creadores de esta inmensa comunidad, sin ustedes no seria posible el inspirarse, el mejorar, y sorprender en cada proyecto; a sus curadores que hacen una importante y significativa labor, el apoyar, difundir, promover y corregir los diferentes post presentados.
He estado algo ausente estos dias, pues no tenia animos, ni inspiracion para crear nuevos proyectos ya sean textiles, manuales o artesanales. Este en particular llevaba mas de 2 semanas haciendolo, pues terminaba dejandolo para el otro, el dia siguiente.
Los invito a acompañarme en este interesante arreglo.

This set was already cut out, as it was a design I'd had in mind for years, but I hadn't felt like developing it. Once I had the pattern ready on my fabric, I simply proceeded to join each piece. I started with the t-shirt, joining it with straight stitches along the sides and shoulders, and then finishing the seam allowances with a zig zag stitch.
Then I took some ribbons in a darker shade and placed them as piping on the cuffs and collar, giving it a more aesthetic touch, also using a zigzag stitch on each seam allowance.

Este conjunto ya estaba recortado, pues era un diseño que hacia años tenia en mente, solo que no me habian dado ganas de desarrollar. Al tener ya el patron listo en mi tela, solo proceso a unir cada pieza. Comemce por la camiseta, uniendo con puntadas rectas por los laterales y hombros, y luego rematando los margenes de costuras con una puntada en zic zac.
Luego tome unos listones de una tonalidad mas oscura y los coloque como vivos en las bocamangas y cuello, dandole un toque mas aesthetic, realizando tambien una puntada en zic zac en cada margen de costura.

For the shorts, I started by joining the two front and back pieces at the crotch seams, then joined them at the sides and crotch seams. I used a French seam for a neater finish.
For the front, I added two pockets, using two large and two small rectangles as the base and flap.
At the top, I made a wide hem to hold the elastic, giving it more support and a better look.

En el caso del short comence uniendo las dos caras del delantero y el trasero por la parte de los tiros, para luego unir ambos por los laterales y tiro. Todo esto con una costura francesa, dandole un acabado mas bonito.
Para el delantero le coloque dos bolsillos, donde con dos rectangulos grandes y dos finos, sirvielon de base y tapeta.
En la parte de arriba le hice un dobladillo ancho para colocar alli el elastico, dandole mas sosten y mejor vista a mi prenda.
