So my activity today is sewing clothes for a girl who is my neighbor that she wants to wear on her friend's event. By the way, I used to play hive a year ago and my account was called honey flow honey because my cellphone disappeared a year ago so my account was also lost because I forgot the password I had created on my cellphone. So, I want to export my handicrafts again with you, this is also my hobby and includes my daily work at home to earn income, please guide you all.
Did you know? Actually, there are many different ways to make clothes, what is the same is the basic pattern and the way to cut the fabric is different, different models of clothes have different ways of cutting the fabric. I, who have 2 years of sewing experience, still have a lot to learn about new patterns that are currently popular in my country, like my aunt, even though I have been sewing for 20 years, I still have to learn new patterns, the point is, even though you are very experienced sewing all types of clothes, both men and women, must also continue to learn the most important thing about neatness and new patterns.
I provided 2.5 meters of metered fabric, 2 meters of brown fabric and 50 cm of cream colored fabric and I combined them into one. I made a pattern for the cream colored fabric for the sleeves, while I made a pattern for the top and bottom of the shirt in brown.
So, first I will make a pattern for the bottom or skirt first, here I will draw a pleated skirt pattern then I will cut it while folding the fabric is as shown in the picture below.
Then I combined the fabric into 4 layers and made the front and back pattern in one drawing, I drew the front pattern first then I cut out the shape of the back pattern so I could cut it at the same time.
After that, I separated the front and back patterns, then I cut the neck, shoulders and armpits again for the front pattern as shown in the following picture.
Then this is the pattern for the front vest. I cut the front then I used cream colored fabric for the inside of the shirt.
Then for the long sleeves I used cream colored fabric by folding the rectangular fabric into 4 parts then the result was 2 pairs of long sleeves because one cut left and right in one picture as below.
The shirt model that I will sew is like the following picture.
Finally, after I sewed it, this is the result after spending more or less 2 hours sewing time.
This shirt can be worn anywhere and everywhere because it is not a special shirt, it is very relaxed and comfortable to wear. This is a shirt one of my customers requested with a vest style that blends with the shirt. I hope my customer is satisfied with the sewing results.
