El día de hoy quiero presentarles una idea 💡 suplementaria para elaborar los famosos espejos decorados. Ya que en la ciudad donde vivo se me ha hecho súper difícil encontrarlos me vi en la necesidad de inventar algo para poder recrear esta manualidad. Por supuesto que cuando tenga los espejos de verdad estaré sacando unos modelos y tendré disponible. Espero que les sea de utilidad está idea.

MATERIALES.

Los materiales que usé para hacer esta manualidad son:

• Hilos pabilos se los colores 🌈 verde, blanco, rosado y negro.
• Aguja de crochet de 3,25mm.
• Aguja lanera.
• Tijeras.
• Pegamento.
• Cartón reciclado ♻️
• Cartulina metalizada color plateado.

MATERIALS.

• Pabilos threads in the colors 🌈 green, white, pink and black.
• Crochet needle of 3.25mm.
• Wool needle.

ELABORACIÓN DE LA MANUALIDAD.

• Empecé tejiendo el estuche o forro dónde irá el espejo. Inicié con un anillo mágico de 12 puntos altos. Luego tejí 12 aumentos de puntos altos. Enseguida una vuelta de 1pa-1aum. Otra vuelta de 2pa-1aum. Otra más de 1pa-1aum. Metí el "espejo". Tejí una vuelta se 1pa-1dism. Ajusté con un punto de pegamento entre partes del tejido y el espejo. Desde el punto deslizado de cierre de la vuelta tejí 55 cadenas, sobre ellas tejí puntos bajos. Cerré en el mismo punto donde inicié las cadenas con pd. Así realicé el asa.

ELABORATION OF THE CRAFT.

• I started by knitting the case or lining where the mirror will go. I started with a magic ring of 12 double crochet stitches. Then I knit 12 increases of double crochet. Then a round of 1pa-1aum. Another round of 2pa-1aum. Another round of 1pa-1aum. I put in the "mirror". Knit one row of 1pa-1dism. Adjusted with a glue stitch between parts of the fabric and the mirror. From the closing slip stitch of the round I knit 55 chains, over them I knitted single crochet. I closed in the same stitch where I started the chains with pd. This is how I made the handle.

• Con el hilo color blanco tejí dos grandes círculos, iniciando con 6 pb en un anillo mágico. Realicé algunas vueltas de aumentos hasta lograr el tamaño deseado. Es la parte que más me gusta se esta figura que elegí para mí espejo. También tejí dos círculos más pequeños en color negro, estos fueron de 8pb en un anillo mágico. Los fijé con un punto de pegamento sobre los círculos de color blanco. Así elaboré los ojos del sapito.
• Con el hilo color rosado tejí 6pb en un anillo mágico para hacer las mejillas del sapo. Además con hilo negro y la aguja lanera bordé la gran boca del sapo. Sobre cada extremo de la boca pegué las mejillas.

• With the white yarn I knit two large circles, starting with 6 sts in a magic ring. I made a few rows of increases until I reached the desired size. This is the part I like the most of this figure that I chose for my mirror. I also knitted two smaller circles in black, these were 8 sts in a magic ring. I fixed them with a glue stitch over the white circles. This is how I made the eyes of the little frog.
• With the pink yarn I knit 6pb in a magic ring to make the toad's cheeks. I also embroidered the big mouth of the toad with black thread and the wool needle. On each end of the mouth I glued the cheeks.

El tejido en color verde se ve un poco flojo ya que tejí con la aguja de 3,25mm. Son embargo luce bonito el espejo.

• Para simular el espejo tomé el trozo de cartón reciclado ♻️ y la cartulina metalizada. En ambos materiales elaboré un círculo de 8cm de diámetro. Te recomiendo hacerlo de 7cm para que se vea más delicado. La cartulina la pegué sobre el cartón, esperé que secara bien y fue cuando comencé a trabajar. ¿Qué les ha parecido esta idea? Es un sapito colgante que podré usar en mi bolso, mochila o cartera.

The green fabric looks a little loose as I knitted with the 3.25mm needle. However, the mirror looks nice.

• To simulate the mirror I took the piece of recycled cardboard ♻️ and the metallic cardboard. In both materials I made a circle of 8cm in diameter. I recommend making it 7cm to make it look more delicate. I glued the cardboard on the cardboard, waited for it to dry well and that's when I started working. What do you think of this idea? It's a hanging toad that I can use in my purse, backpack or wallet.
