REDECILLA PARA EL CABELLO. TEJIDA A CROCHET.

Hola estimados amigos de la comunidad, les deseo que pasen un excelente fin de semana. Gracias a Dios hemos tenido un mejor clima y la temperatura en horas de la tarde ha estado muy buena para relajarnos mientras hacemos lo que nos gusta. En mi caso, ya saben que me encanta tejer y aprender cada día más sobre el hermoso arte del tejido.

En esta oportunidad le presento un pequeño proyecto que adoré hacer, muy especialmente porque fue elaborado pensando en mi nieta. Ella no pudo estar aquí para medirselo, sin embargo estoy casi segura que le quedará perfecto.

Se trata de una redecilla para su cabello. Sofía ingresó en una escuela para danza hace unos meses, está muy animada. Ya hizo su primera presentación y lo hizo de maravilla. Sus padres están contentos y los abuelos también 😊

Thank God we have had better weather and the temperature in the afternoon has been very good to relax while we do what we like to do. In my case, you already know that I love to knit and learn more every day about the beautiful art of knitting.

In this opportunity I present you a little project that I loved to do, especially because it was made with my granddaughter in mind. She couldn't be here to measure it, but I'm almost sure it will be perfect for her.

It is a hairnet for her hair. Sofia entered a dance school a few months ago, she is very excited. She already did her first performance and she did wonderfully. Her parents are happy and so are her grandparents 😊.

Materiales.

Para la elaboración de la redecilla utilicé los siguientes materiales:

• Hilo de algodón de 1mm color negro.
• Aguja de crochet de 2,25mm.
• Aguja lanera.
• Tijeras.
• Cola elástica color fucsia.

Materials.

For the elaboration of the net I used the following materials:

• Cotton thread of 1mm black color.
• Crochet needle of 2,25mm.
• Wool needle.
• Scissors.
• Fuchsia elastic glue.

Procedimiento.

Mi nieta tiene su cabello bastante largo, por ese motivo la profesora de baile le pidió a su mamá que le recogiera el cabello siempre antes de la clase. Ahora Sofía asiste a la escuela todos los días con su bello moño que le teje la abuela materna. Se ve hermosa. Para colaborar con la causa 🤭 decidí tejerle una redecilla para reforzar su cabello y que no le moleste mientras hace sus prácticas.

• Este modelo de red se comienza tejiendo un anillo de 4 puntos cadenas. Dentro del anillo se tejen 8 puntos bajos. Enseguida en la tercera vuelta se tejen 8 grupos de 2 puntos altos juntos separados del siguiente grupo por tres cadenas.
• La cuarta vuelta se tejen 5 cadenas y 1 punto bajo. Poniendo el punto bajo dentro de las 3 cadenas de la vuelta anterior.
• La quinta vuelta se tejen 5 cadenas-1 punto bajo (2veces) luego en el siguiente arco se tejen las cinco cadenas y el punto bajo dentro de ese mismo arco. Formando un arco más pequeño. Se repite por toda la vuelta y se debe ver como un cuadrado. Cuatro arcos pequeños en las esquinas y en los laterales de dos en dos se verán los arcos.

Procedure.

My granddaughter's hair is quite long, so her dance teacher asked her mother to always tie her hair up before class. Now Sofia attends school every day with her beautiful bun that her maternal grandmother weaves for her. She looks beautiful. To collaborate with the cause 🤭 I decided to knit her a hairnet to reinforce her hair so that it doesn't bother her while she does her practices.

• This net pattern starts by knitting a ring of 4 chain stitches. Inside the ring you knit 8 single crochet stitches. Then in the third row knit 8 groups of 2 double crochet stitches together separated from the next group by three chains.
• In the fourth row, knit 5 chains and 1 single crochet. Put the single crochet inside the 3 chains of the previous row.
• The fifth row knit 5 chains-1 single crochet (2 times) then in the next arch knit the five chains and the single crochet inside the same arch. Forming a smaller arc. Repeat for the whole round and it should look like a square. Four small arches in the corners and on the sides two by two arches will be seen.

• La siguiente vuelta se teje solo con los 5 puntos cadenas sobre cada arco de la vuelta anterior.
• La vuelta siete se tejen 3 arcos seguidos de 5 puntos cadenas y en el siguiente se teje 5 cadenas y el punto bajo en el mismo arco. Para volver a dar forma cuadrada a la red.
• A partir de la siguiente vuelta se teje la cantidad de vueltas solo de punto red hasta lograr el tamaño para cubrir el moño.

• The next row is knit only with the 5 chain stitches over each arch of the previous row.
• In the seventh row, knit 3 arches followed by 5 chain stitches and in the next row knit 5 chain stitches and the single crochet in the same arch. To return to the square shape of the net.
• From the next row on, knit the number of single crochet rows until you reach the size to cover the bow.

• Tejí hasta vuelta 11 calculando que en la red entre el moño del cabello de mi nieta.
• Luego procedí a incorporar la liga. Para ello se coloca la liga detrás del tejido y se fija con puntos bajos (cuatro por red) a medida que se va tejiendo. Para finalizar se teje 1 punto deslizado, se corta el hilo y con la aguja lanera se esconden las hebras.

• I knitted up to row 11, calculating that the netting will fit into my granddaughter's hair bun.
• Then I proceeded to incorporate the garter. To do this, place the garter behind the fabric and fix it with single crochet stitches (four per net) as you knit. To finish, knit 1 slip stitch, cut the yarn and hide the strands with the wool needle.

La verdad es que me encantó hacer este accesorio para Sofía. Espero que se sienta cómodo en su cabello. Al tener más colas elásticas le haré dos más. ¿Qué les pareció este diseño de red? Hay muchos modelos, pero este es el más tradicional.

I really loved making this accessory for Sofia. I hope it feels comfortable in her hair. As I have more elastic tails I will make two more for her. What did you think of this net design? There are many models, but this is the most traditional one.
