If we implemented as above, it would be for LEO and not for HIVE (voting only with @sbi-tokens account to reward LEO, then checking what was rewarded and removing that value from member pending balances). That's the only way we would do automated voting on Threads or Snaps.

We have an alternate plan (although no reason both couldn't be implemented) that would let members spend their pending balance curating others, and it would support comments as well as posts (since all votes would be manually curated by the account that is spending its own pending balance).

You can see in the response that I have a ridiculous pending balance because I almost never post. I could include a control phrase in my response.

The Hive SBI bot could see the control phrase, check against my pending balance, and then deliver an upvote on your comment. A comment size vote default at maybe five cents, or standard 1/3 of pending balance for members with smaller pending balances, still at a minimum of 0.021 cents so it doesn't dust.

There are a few pieces that would need implemented for it to work, but it's a smaller project than the one in the post.

We would also commit bonus units to development of this project.
