Finally I Introduce My Self at Hive [Eng/Esp]

After 4 months of creating my account and a lot of insistence from my wife, I finally decided to make my presentation on this great platform.

Después de 4 meses de crear mi cuenta y de mucha insistencia de mi esposa al fin me animé a hacer mi presentación en ésta gran plataforma.

My name is José Agreda, Venezuelan, living in Margarita, married to @rlathulerie with whom I have two children, a boy and a girl whom you already know from Rosa's publications.

It is because of her that I have entered the platform and she has explained to me what she has been able to learn so far in the time she has been publishing.

About me, I can say that I am a quiet person who enjoys his family, in fact my outings always involve them. My wife and my two children, Matías and Miranda.

One of our favorite activities is going to the beach and although Rosa doesn't like it very much and it's not an outing she enjoys very much, we go every time we can because Matias and Miranda like it, especially now that they have boards to slide on the waves.

Mi nombre es José Agreda, Venezolano, radicado en Margarita, casado con @rlathulerie con quien tengo dos hijos, un niño y una niña a quienes ya conocen por las publicaciones de Rosa.

Es por ella que he ingresado a la plataforma y me ha explicado lo que ha podido aprender hasta ahora en el tiempo que tiene publicando para que finalmente hoy pueda escribirles.

De mi, puedo decir que soy una persona tranquila y que disfruta de su familia, de hecho mis salidas siempre involucran los involucran a ellos. Mi esposa y mis dos hijos, Matías y Miranda.

Una de nuestras actividades favoritas es ir a la playa y aunque a Rosa no le gusta mucho y no es una salida que disfrute mucho vamos cada vez que podemos porque a Matías y Miranda si les gusta, sobre todo ahora que tienen unas tablas para deslizarse en las olas.

My idea for the platform is to share my interest in cooking and learn from you too. I like to cook everything, but especially breads, cakes, sweets and things that we can enjoy as a family.

Together with my wife we have a business called Detallitos Dulces that offers arrangements with sweets and balloons, floral arrangements, cakes, donuts and desserts in general for celebrations and it is in the sweets and pastries that I take part.

I do the dough and baking and my wife does the creams, icing and decorating. All the things we do we have learned as we go along, looking for recipes, watching videos on the Internet and experimenting.

Mi idea para la plataforma es poder compartir mi interés por la cocina y aprender de ustedes también. Me gusta cocinar todo tipo de platos, pero sobre todo panes, tortas, dulces y cosas que podamos disfrutar en familia.

Junto con mi esposa tenemos un emprendimiento llamado Detallitos Dulces que ofrece arreglos con dulces y globos, arreglos florales, tortas, donas y postres en general para celebraciones y es en los dulces y pasapalos que tomo parte yo.

Me encargo de las masas y horneado y mi esposa de las cremas, glaseado y decoración. Todas las cosas que hacemos las hemos aprendido sobre la marcha, buscando recetas, viendo videos por Internet y experimentando.

One of the things you may see me sharing more often will be savory things to eat at home with my family, bakery and some cakes that don't need decoration because I don't know anything about that haha.

Until recently I was in charge of preparing the food at home but they changed my work schedule and I can't do it as often but on the weekends I take care of it and next week I will be on vacation and Rosa will surely take advantage of it, at least while it lasts hahaha.

Una de las cosas que quizá me vean compartir con más frecuencia serán recetas saladas (para disfrutar en casa con mi familia), panadería y algunas tortas que no necesiten decoración porque de eso no sé nada jaja.

Hasta hace poco me encargaba de preparar la comida en casa pero me cambiaron el horario de trabajo y ya no lo puedo hacer con tanta frecuencia pero los fines de semana me encargo de eso y ya la próxima semana saldré de vacaciones y Rosa seguro lo va a aprovechar, por lo menos mientras duren jajaja.

If I had to choose a favorite food I would say pizza, I could eat it every day and in that I have company because everyone in the house likes it very much, in fact it is something I prepare every time I can.

Although many think it's too much work it's not so much and it's worth it. Doing things at home is always the best because we do it the way we like it and it gives us a chance to share with the family.

My kids like to cook and eat too haha, so when we cook they are always around looking for what to help with.

Something they really like is when we grill or cook soups on the firewood in the backyard, which I will also be sharing with you.

Si me piden escoger una comida favorita diría que es la pizza, podría comerla todos los días y en eso tengo compañía porque a todos en la casa nos gusta mucho, de hecho es algo que preparo cada vez que se puede.

Aunque muchos piensan que es demasiado trabajo no lo es tanto y vale la pena. Siempre hacer las cosas en casa es lo mejor porque lo hacemos como nos gusta además que nos da chance de compartir en familia.

A mis hijos les gusta cocinar y también comer jaja, así que cuando cocinamos ellos siempre están cerca buscando a qué meter la mano y en qué ayudar.

Algo que a ellos les gusta mucho es cuando hacemos parrilla o sopas a la leña en el patio de la casa, lo que también estaré compartiendo con ustedes.

I will try to offer you easy to make and low cost recipes so you can prepare them at home and now that Christmas is approaching I will surely bring you the components of our Christmas dinners.

I will also be showing you my favorite places to eat out whenever we have the opportunity. Margarita has many places, restaurants, cafes, etc, with national and international food and there are fast food stands in almost every town.

Another thing that I enjoy a lot and that I hope to share with you is my interest in photography and in Margarita there are many beautiful places that I will soon show you.

I hope that my time on this platform will be as rewarding as possible and that I will be able to nourish myself with the experiences of each one of you.

Trataré de ofrecerles recetas fáciles de hacer y de bajo costo para que puedan prepararlas en casa y ahora que ya se acerca la Navidad seguramente les traeré los componentes de nuestras cenas navideñas.

También les estaré mostrando mis lugares favoritos para comer fuera de casa siempre que tenemos la oportunidad. Margarita tiene muchísimos locales, restaurantes, cafés, etc, con comida nacional e internacional y hay puestos de comida rápida en casi todos los pueblos.

Otra de las cosas que disfruto mucho y que espero compartir con ustedes es mi interés por la fotografía y en Margarita hay muchos lugares bonitos que pronto les iré mostrando.

Espero que mi paso en ésta plataforma sea lo más gratificante posible y poder nutrirme con las experiencias de cada uno de ustedes.
