HPUD For The 1st of November + Blog About October

It's that time again when we all get together and have a bit of fun for the 1st of the month, by powering up some Hive and watching our accounts grow. I usually take the opportunity to have a chat about how things have been going since the last power-up, so let's get into it!

Blog About October
Everything has been going really well on a few separate fronts, I shared some news recently and received a lot of warm congratulations and well wishes from the Hive community when I wrote a post about being a father. The news is amazing and I can't wait, my girlfriend has a slight bump, which is really cool, soon we'll be having a gender reveal party too and that is going to be a great day.

How's The Script For The Feature Film?
The script is coming along really well, we had another review back recently for the current draft, so far, which was sitting at 84 pages. Since waiting for some more reviews I have continued to push forward with the draft, the hope for this month is that I have a completed 1st draft ready to show the review team. It's been a lot of fun writing this story, it isn't the first feature film script I have written, but, it's the first one of this scale, and to be honest, it's one of the most interesting stories I've had the pleasure of writing! It's going to be epic!

The Psyber X Lore Stories
The lore stories are still being written and are going really well, I think if anyone is interested in Sci-Fi or the Cyberpunk genre it is well worth following @psyber-x to stay updated on this really cool game, as well as reading the lore stories since they will all be posted through that account. Here is a link to their Discord, where you will be able to join in on the discussions about this game and chat in real time with the developers and fanbase alike!

Some Other Stuff
I have decided to join NaNoWriMo, which I only heard about recently, it gives us a goal of 50k words, which is designed to help writers finish their novels, I'm using the opportunity to push my Novella over the line!

As well as this, I'll be participating in NaBloPoMo, which sees us write a post each day of the month too. I'm thinking of posting my story here live, which will be able to kill two birds with one stone, I think it sounds like a great incentive for writers!

My cover band has been doing well, we got two gigs during the month of October, one of which was recent, on the night before Halloween, which was great craic! The money we earn per gig is steadily rising and soon our set will be complete and we'll be branching out a bit I think, playing in other towns and villages!

On With The Power Up
My goal was to reach 1500 HP by December, I'm happy to announce that I reached that goal earlier than expected!

At the time of starting my power-up, I had 1496 HP.

I have set aside my Hive, making sure I have enough for the power-up days, now, I know I could just power it up as soon as I have it there, but, where's the fun in that? I said it before that I like the idea of growing my account naturally over time.

Keeping up with my usual Power up, I decided to power my account up by 100 Hive!

There we have it, I have nearly got 1,600HP. Now it's time to set myself a new goal, that goal, to make it more realistic. Is to have 1,850 HP by December! So, including December's Power-up, I'll need to earn 150HP. With NaBloPoMo, that shouldn't be too much hassle. But, in case it is and I don't reach the goal, I'll make sure to power up by however much I need to on the 1st of December to reach 1,850HP!
