After an hour of filling our hungry tummies, we got right back in to the program. We continued with the 2 performances then followed with a special song number from none other than @callmesmile. She serenaded us with a song called "Mistletoe" by Justin Bieber. She was nervous and shaking. Can't quite figure out why. 😆

We then were able to announce the winner for our impromptu Christmas performances! And mind you our judge @ybanezkim26 wasn't biased with this one. He had his own criteria for judging. and guess who are winners are? None other than the Third Group Performers. They were happy to win OCD and Hive shirts.

We were down to our second to the last activity which was the exchanging gifts. Now let me tell you, together with @intoy.bugoy we decided to give it a twist wherein no one knows their codenames. The only clues we gave to each one was just the wishlist of their manito and manita but we asked them to keep it a secret as well. With this, everyone had nothing but faith that whatever gift they will buy, their receiver will appreciate it.

And I had each one provide a description of what their partner might be like considering the codenames they received. Then we asked that certain person who had the codename to reveal himself/herself. Some were surprised for sure!

We had everyone hold onto their gifts without opening them up until the last minute. We all gathered right after and excited opened our gifts in unison.

Well, that's a wrap for our Hive Christmas Party Cebu 2023 Edition! It sure is not an easy feat to organize an event but it sure is fulfilling to be in the presence of such fun, loving group of Hivers!

Ofcourse, we had a quick swim in the swimming pool and the sea!
