Saludos comunidad. Espero estén bien disfrutando de un gran fin de semana.

Saben hace poco cumplí mi segundo año en Hive. Y compartí un poco de mi evolución dentro de Hive en este post. Así que ha sido relativamente complicado crear un post que tal vez sea parecido en muchos aspectos al anterior. Pero, trataré de hacerlo de la mejor manera y se me ocurre narrar la experiencia desde otro punto de vista. Espero lo disfruten.

Pero, antes de comenzar con esta actividad, es importante brindar un cordial saludo a los organizadores de esta iniciativa @rutablockchain y por supuesto, un agradecimiento por esta iniciativa. También quiero extender el agradecimiento @rosmiapure por hacerme llegar la invitación a esta iniciativa y presentarme su historia en Hive. Algunos ya lo sabrán, pero ella fue la que me invitó a participar en Hive. No en los juegos como tal, sino en Hive, a blogear, a conocer el ecosistema y a ver las cientos de posibilidades que día tras día se presentan en el ecosistema. Ella ha presenciado mi crecimiento como yo el de ella.

Recuerdo hace algunos años a un joven asustado, por lo gigantesco que era este mundo. Las infinitas posibilidades que se abrieron ante sus ojos cuando conoció el internet. Lo que lo enamoró fueron los juegos.

Este chico se criaba en un mundo donde todo se ganaba con esfuerzo. Pero, no le ensañaron que ese esfuerzo solía venir acompañado de una recompensa económica. Y que el dinero, podía abrir más fácil las posibilidades. En los primeros juegos online que este muchacho jugó, pensó que como en su Nintendo si se esforzaba mucho podía conseguir artefactos únicos que las personas solían vender en un mercado especial. Pero, la cosa no era así. Esos artefactos solo se podían conseguir con dinero y no eran bolívares (la moneda que él manejaba día a día) era un dinero especial online llamado Cash del juego que solía jugar, espero este nombre le suene a alguno.

Así, comenzaron las primeras incursiones online en el mundo financiero de este joven. Así que este joven exploró todo lo que pudo y como se podrán imaginar, cayó en casi todas las estafas habidas y por haber. En las PTC por ejemplo, le reiniciaban el balance, se borraban los datos de la cuenta por un “desperfecto”, se desaparecía la página, tenía que hacer un depósito antes de poder retirar… De igual manera con las faucets, con las primeras páginas que daban cryptos y lastimosamente muy pocas fueron las que pagaron y si el problema no eran las páginas que pagaban, el otro problema eran las wallets que almacenaban los activos que tenían miles de fallas o desaparecían, robaban o los fees eran tan altos que prefería perder el dinero dentro de la wallet. Para terminar este super resumen. Este joven se sorprendió al encontrar las páginas Rusas (PTC, Hyips, wallets…) que eran hasta más estables y confiables que las páginas de occidentes por lo menos en lo que él esperaba que era y eso era que pagaran. Tras fondo seguro había muchas más cosas turbias en estas páginas…

El joven, aunque había conocido la idea de hacer dinero online con el propósito de mejorar en sus juegos. Ya, con el tiempo esta no era la prioridad. Quería seguir aprendiendo y quería ayudarse en su vida con esto. Pero, eran tantas las decepciones online y las estafas que decidió no confiar más y no perder más el tiempo, así que decidió buscar un empleo que al final del día no tendría que llamar estafa.

Pero, nunca dejó los juegos. Con los juegos y con la vida que se ponía más cuesta arriba encontró el nombre de Axie Infinity. Una oportunidad de salir de la pobreza según oraban muchos. El primer juego NFT que conoció. Que fue un gran boom y colocó la idea del NFT en el mapa. Una gran oportunidad de aprovechar la tecnología de cadenas de bloques. Pero el juego, aunque sigue, dejó de ser el sueño americano que muchos buscábamos en la red. Pero, se enamoró de la idea de los NFT, de crear arte y venderla online, de tener algo de algún artista…

Así con este entusiasmo encontró a la comunidad de DCAM que le otorgó una beca de Axie Infinity. Pero, más importante aún fue un juego que le abriría las puertas a Hive. Le presentó a Rising Star en una masterclass que impartía uno de los mentores de la comunidad @rigrion. Un juego que llamó su atención por su temática de coleccionar artistas y grabaciones de música de algunos artistas.

Pero, apenas había dado un pequeño paso dentro de Hive. Solo conocía el juego y por poco tiempo eso le bastó. Muchos en la comunidad estaban entusiasmado de conseguir el millón de Starbits y poder generar 10000 Starbits con una sola misión. Cuando, toda la jornada haciendo clicks se podían generar a lo sumo unos 5000 Starbits. Esta era la meta más importante en el juego y la que potenciaría cualquier cuenta.

Luego, este joven recibió una invitaron a una charla en telegram sobre Hive y después de que el futuro de Axie Infinity se veía en penumbras, fue como ir a esa conferencia donde todos salen entusiasmados porque hay una luz al final del túnel. Una charla que daba esperanza y nos motivaba a participar. Esta charla la estaba dirigiendo @rosmiapure, por eso es que estoy tan agradecido con ella y ha sido y sigue siendo un ejemplo para mi dentro de Hive. Recuerdo también que para motivarnos a nosotros los jugadores de Rising Star nos estaban obsequiando una carta de Rising Star, creo que era un instrumento raro.

Así, fue como oficialmente llegué a Hive. Con este gran post de introducción. Con las ganas de darle otra oportunidad a las criptos que tanto me habían golpeado. Les resumí mucho mi trayecto, pero, solo mencionaré el nombre de 1 proyectos más por el que pasé y que seguro estará en la memoria de los amantes de los NFT y de los juegos blockchain por mucho tiempo. Plant vs Undead (PVU)

Este primer paso dentro de Hive fue para él fue una super bienvenida y se sintió muy agradecido por el recibimiento. Pensó que haciendo posts así, seguiría recibiendo unos votos tan impresionantes como los de ese primero. Pero, la cosa no es tan fácil. Hay que trabajar mucho y demostrar mucho compromiso con la red.

En varias ocasiones hizo algunos posts y la valoración no fue la esperada. Sin duda, tenía ganas de desistir y creo que esto ocurre mucho más cuando se escribe con sentimiento y cuando parece que nadie ve eso. En los momentos que pasaba esto le daban ganas de renunciar a Hive y buscar otra cosa. Pero, reflexionaba y siempre llegaba a la conclusión de que no había conocido nada mejor fuera de Hive y que todo el esfuerzo que le dedicó a otros proyectos, merecían que le diera más oportunidades a Hive.

Luego notó, que era un creador de contenido y que aún no ha creado los suficientes vínculos como para pedir atención. Esto es un proceso y sabe que su trabajo es el de una hormiguita que contribuye al crecimiento de la colmena. No puede esperar a que la colmena le dé algo si él no le ha dado algo a ella.

Con este pensamiento es con el que se mentaliza en cada uno de sus posts. Para que al final, si el resultado no es el deseado no se decepcione tanto. Con la búsqueda de hacer más vínculos, se ha unido a varias comunidades en el discord y en Hive y hace el intento de interactuar con ellos. La comunidad en la que más está participando más seguido últimamente es la de Hive NFTGame Latino y es que esta se mantiene muy activa, tienen gente muy agradable.

Por ejemplo, en esta comunidad hay un reto de 7 días y la intención es publicar contenido durante 7 días sin falta pero que no sean giveaways. Él participó en este reto solo una vez (la semana pasada) y logró realizar 13 posts (casi 2 post por día) Realizó un post normal sobre su fin de semana, fotobomb, memechallenge, mensaje de 5 minutos… y casi todos los días realizó un giveaway de Rising Star.

Desde este reto, se propuso a ser más activo, a cumplir con los giveaways diarios y sumado a esto. Participar en otros retos, iniciativas o cosas particulares que sus comunidades proponen. Poder postear más seguido hace pensar que no se desperdicia ningún día en Hive. Que puede darle más a la colmena.

Claro le gustaría que todos sus posts fuesen de mayor valor, pero aún se desgasta mucho cuando escribe un post como este, pensando en las palabras, luego en las imágenes y por último en la publicación. Él siempre espera poder hacerlo como otros compañeros, que son casi una máquina de publicar artículos de calidad. La comparación en este mundo es casi inevitable. Pero, se siente feliz de saber que esa comparación no lo disminuye.

Aunque lleva 2 años en Hive, siente que su historia aún está comenzando. Ahorita, está haciendo posts de Rising Star con la intención de todo lo que consiga del juego se quede en el juego. En un futuro, tal vez comparta más relatos que también le gusta hacer o compartir los recuerdos que sigue creando con sus sobrinos. Pero, el niche que más le gustaría abarcar es de los viajes. Le gustaría viajar y poder publicar desde su perspectiva las cosas que maravillan de estas travesías.

Se dan cuenta Hive, en el futuro de este joven, ustedes están muy presentes. Les he dado un espacio muy importante en su vida, en sus metas y en sus añoranzas. Espero que ustedes sean testigos de cada una de estas metas que está por cumplir este joven Hiver.

Para terminar y creo que esta sería la nota más importante que puedo aportar. Es que, para mí, Hive es la calma que desde hace mucho tiempo venía buscando en este basto mundo online. Donde puedo invertir mi tiempo y darme cuenta que este tiempo puede ser remunerado y donde puedo hacer crecer a otros con la fuerza que tengo. Creo que sin Hive, estaría aún pifiando de sitio en sitio esperando a que la estafa apareciera con una nueva cara. Hive, representa estabilidad en mi vida.

You know I recently completed my second year in Hive. And I shared a bit of my evolution within Hive in this post. So, it has been relatively complicated to create a post that is perhaps similar in many ways to the previous one. But, I will try to do it in the best way and it occurs to me to narrate the experience from another point of view. I hope you enjoy it.

Not in the games as such, but in Hive, to blog, to get to know the ecosystem and to see the hundreds of possibilities that day after day are presented in the ecosystem. She has witnessed my growth as I have witnessed hers.

I remember a few years ago a young man who was frightened by how gigantic this world was. The infinite possibilities that opened before his eyes when he met the internet. What made him fall in love were the games.

This boy grew up in a world where everything was hard earned. But, he was not taught that that effort usually came with an economic reward. And that money could open up possibilities more easily. In the first online games this boy played, he thought that like in his Nintendo if he tried hard he could get unique artifacts that people used to sell in a special market. But, the thing was not like that. Those artifacts could only be obtained with money and they were not bolivars (the currency he used to handle day by day) it was a special online money called Cash from the game he used to play, I hope this name sounds familiar to some of you.

Thus began the first online forays into the financial world of this young man. So this young man explored everything he could and as you can imagine, he fell into almost every scam there is. In the PTC for example, they reset the balance, the account data was erased due to a "malfunction", the page disappeared, he had to make a deposit before being able to withdraw... Similarly with the faucets, with the first pages that gave cryptos and unfortunately very few were the ones that paid and if the problem was not the pages that paid, the other problem was the wallets that stored the assets that had thousands of failures or disappeared, stole or the fees were so high that I preferred to lose the money inside the wallet. To finish this super summary. This young man was surprised to find Russian sites (PTC, Hyips, wallets...) that were even more stable and reliable than Western sites at least in what he expected them to be and that was to pay. Behind the scenes there were for sure many more shady things on these sites...

The young man, although he had known the idea of making money online for the purpose of improving in his games. Now, over time this was not the priority. He wanted to keep learning and wanted to help himself in his life with this. But, there were so many online disappointments and scams that he decided not to trust anymore and not to waste any more time, so he decided to look for a job that at the end of the day he would not have to call scam.

But, he never left the games. With the games and with life getting more uphill he found the name Axie Infinity. A chance to get out of poverty as many prayed. The first NFT game he knew. Which was a huge boom and put the idea of NFT on the map. A great opportunity to take advantage of blockchain technology. But the game, while still going on, stopped being the American dream that many of us were looking for online. But, he fell in love with the idea of NFTs, of creating art and selling it online, of having something from some artist....

So with this enthusiasm he found the DCAM community who awarded him an Axie Infinity grant. But, more importantly, it was a game that would open the doors to Hive. It introduced him to Rising Star in a masterclass given by one of the community mentors @rigrion. A game that caught his attention for its theme of collecting artists and music recordings of some artists.

But, he had barely taken a small step inside Hive. He only knew the game and for a short time that was enough for him. Many in the community were excited about reaching the million Starbits and being able to generate 10000 Starbits with a single mission. When, all day clicking could generate at most 5000 Starbits. This was the most important goal in the game and the one that would boost any account.

Then, this young man received an invitation to a telegram talk about Hive and after the future of Axie Infinity looked dim, it was like going to that conference where everyone leaves excited because there is a light at the end of the tunnel. A talk that gave hope and motivated us to participate. This talk was being led by @rosmiapure, that's why I am so grateful to her and she has been and continues to be an example for me within Hive. I also remember that to motivate us Rising Star players they were giving us a Rising Star card, I think it was a rare instrument.

So, that's how I officially came to Hive. With this great introductory post. With the desire to give another chance to the cryptos that had hit me so hard. I summarized my journey a lot, but, I will only mention the name of 1 more project I went through and that will surely be in the memory of NFT and blockchain game lovers for a long time. Plant vs Undead (PVU)

This first step inside Hive was for him a super welcome and he felt very grateful for the reception. He thought that by making posts like this, he would continue to receive votes as impressive as that first one. But, it's not that easy. You have to work hard and show a lot of commitment to the network.

On several occasions he made some posts and the rating was not as expected. Undoubtedly, he felt like giving up and I think this happens much more when you write with feeling and when it seems that no one sees that. At times when this happened he felt like giving up on Hive and looking for something else. But, he reflected and always came to the conclusion that he hadn't met anything better outside of Hive and that all the effort he put into other projects was worth giving Hive more of a chance.

Then he noticed, he was a content creator and had not yet created enough links to ask for attention. This is a process and he knows that his job is that of an ant contributing to the growth of the hive. He cannot wait for the hive to give him something if he has not given it something.

It is with this thought that he mentalizes himself in each of his posts. So that in the end, if the result is not the desired one, he will not be so disappointed. With the quest to make more links, she has joined several communities on discord and Hive and makes it a point to interact with them. The community in which he is participating more often lately is the Hive NFTGame Latino community and it is very active, they have very nice people.

For example, in this community there is a 7 day challenge and the intention is to post content for 7 days without fail but not giveaways. He participated in this challenge only once (last week) and managed to make 13 posts (almost 2 posts per day) He made a normal post about his weekend, photobomb, memechallenge, 5 minutes message... and almost every day he made a Rising Star giveaway.

Since this challenge, he proposed to be more active, to fulfill the daily giveaways and added to this. Participate in other challenges, initiatives or particular things that his communities propose. Being able to post more often makes you think that no day is wasted in Hive. That you can give more to the hive.

Of course he would like all his posts to be of greater value, but he still gets a lot of wear and tear when he writes a post like this, thinking about the words, then the images and finally the post. He always hopes he can do it like other peers, who are almost a machine for publishing quality articles. Comparison in this world is almost inevitable. But, he is happy to know that comparison does not diminish him.

Although he has been with Hive for 2 years, he feels that his story is still beginning. Right now, he is making Rising Star posts with the intention that everything he gets from the game will stay in the game. In the future, he may share more stories that he also likes to do or share the memories he continues to make with his nieces and nephews. But, the niche he would most like to embrace is travel. She would like to travel and be able to publish from her perspective the things that are amazing about these journeys.

You see Hive, in this young man's future, you are very present. I have given you a very important place in his life, in his goals and in his longings. I hope that you will be witnesses of each of these goals that this young Hiver is about to accomplish.

Finally, and I think this would be the most important note I can contribute. For me, Hive is the calm that I have been looking for a long time in this vast online world. Where I can invest my time and realize that this time can be remunerated and where I can make others grow with the strength I have. I believe that without Hive, I would still be wandering from site to site waiting for the scam to appear with a new face. Hive, represents stability in my life.
