Improving the bad

I was once asked, what would you say is the bad thing about you that you need to improve?
That question got me thinking, but when you evaluate yourself you see that there is always something to improve.

In a similar way we can apply it to our beautiful platform, we want to improve and if my contribution is necessary I will say it with all the respect and affection I have for the platform.

The bad thing that I see is: "a lot of inactive communities"🥺

It has happened to me that when I have great material and ideas to share and I look for a community with that niche, if there is one, but it is inactive❗.

I wonder what happened to this beautiful community,
If it has a good theme with a lot of potential, why did it lost support?

I have to look for help and take suggestions in order to post my content. But it never transmits all the material because it is not its main niche.

That's why I was telling you that this made me a little sad, because I wanted to open a community. But when I did the exhaustive research what is recommended before opening a community, there was already one, but it is inactive 🥺.

Mejorando lo malo

Una vez me preguntaron, ¿cuál dirías que es lo malo que hay en ti y tienes que mejorar?
Esa pregunta me puso a pensar, pero cuando te evalúas ves que siempre hay algo en que mejorar.

De manera parecida podemos aplicarlo a nuestra bella plataforma, queremos mejorar y si mi aporte es necesario lo diré con todo el respeto y cariño que le tengo a la plataforma.

Lo malo que veo es: "una gran cantidad de comunidades inactivas"🥺

Me ha pasado que cuando tengo gran material e ideas para compartir y busco una comunidad con ese nicho, si la hay, pero está inactiva❗

Me pregunto: ¿Qué pasó con esta bella comunidad?,
Si tiene un buen tema con mucho potencial, ¿por qué perdió apoyo?

Tengo que buscar ayuda y aceptar sugerencias para poder publicar mis contenidos. Pero nunca se transmite todo el material por no ser su nicho principal.

Por eso les comentaba que esto me puso un poco triste, porque quería abrir una comunidad. Pero cuando hice la investigación exhaustiva qué se recomienda antes de abrir una comunidad, ya había una, pero está inactiva 🥺

Simply put, my expectations were dashed. I don't know if it will ever get better. And I don't know what else to do, or how I can help. But I do wish the founders would take heart and bring these communities back to life, which have a lot of potential. The support will be felt as the work of the community progresses, I think.

Lesson: I should not open a community just for the sake of opening it, there is a lot of work behind it, ask myself: Am I ready? What are my projects and ideas? Do I have the circumstances?

But I don't want to end sad, there is a lot to do and share in hive, I will keep working hard on my blog, making it more attractive, supporting the communities of interest and if it comes back or another opportunity arises I will be better prepared. Simplemente, mis expectativas se vieron truncadas. No sé si algún día se mejorará. Y no sé qué más hacer, o como puedo ayudar. Pero si me gustaría que los fundadores se animaran y volvieran a dar vida a esas comunidades, qué tienen mucho potencial. El apoyo se irá notando a medida que el trabajo de la comunidad vaya avanzando, pienso yo.

Lección: No debo abrir una comunidad solo por abrirla, hay mucho trabajo detrás, preguntarme:¿estoy preparada? ¿Cuáles son mis proyectos e ideas? ¿Tengo las circunstancias?

Pero no quiero terminar triste, hay mucho que hacer y compartir en hive, seguiré esforzándome en mi blog, hacerlo más atractivo, apoyando a las comunidades de interés y si vuelve o se presenta otra oportunidad estaré mejor preparada.
