El 17 de marzo me llegó a los comentarios del post de ese día esta bella notificación de parte de los consecuentes amigos de @hivebuzz. Sí, ese día celebraba mi cumpleaños número 4 de haber ingresado a Hive, gracias a la comunidad que hace ese trabajo de hormiguitas llevando las estadísticas de cada miembro de la plataforma.

Ahora bien, la notificación me llenó de alegría, sin embargo, me hizo un poquito de ruido, ya que dice 4 años, de los cuales, uno y medio, estuve inactiva dentro de la misma, entonces cuando leo o digo que tengo cuatro años el ruidito de la deshonestidad me ronda.

Estos dos día me he estado planteando como solventar este asuntico mental que me crea incomodidad y concluyo que el estar inactiva no quiere decir que no este, de hecho, allí ha estado mi nombre, mis estadísticas y el trabajo realizado, es como haber estado dormida en tu casa, despiertas y continuas con lo que venías haciendo.

Por lo tanto celebro mis cuatro años en Hive con alegría y agradecimiento, porque es como una doble celebración ya que, casualmente, este mismo mes pero el día 11 cumplí un año de ese alegre despertar para darle continuidad a mi hacer hiveriano ¡Y, mira que lo he disfrutado!

El momento del Balance

Cual Bella Durmiente, cuando desperté muchas cosas habían cambiado y todo para mejor, además que estaba repotenciada, con una energía desbordante. Al poco tiempo sentí que en Hive se abría un mundo de oportunidades que no había podido ver y que aún sigo descubriendo los intersticios de este hermoso ecosistema lleno de sorpresas y posibilidades.

Ha sido un año de reencuentro con personas amables, dispuestas a ayudar, apoyarte y orientar, porque si algo caracteriza la plataforma es que no estás solo. Este hecho, en sí mismo, es un gran valor agregado porque al tiempo que recibes estas atenciones te vas motivando para ser parte de ellos, es decir, en convertirte también en una persona que puede ayudar a los demás en diversos aspectos.

En torno a esta idea puedo decir que paso a paso he ido haciendo más espacio para Hive, hoy en día he establecido un ritmo más constante en los comentarios e incluso para atreverme a sugerirle a personas que están ingresando como pueden mejorar sus post y por primera vez tengo una “tutorada” de Hive que llegó a mí a través de una amiga con la idea de ingresar a la plataforma, ha sido un trabajo motivador que ya está dando sus frutos. Para lo cual debo reconocer que he recibido el apoyo y orientación de @irvinc así como la de @eddiespino, agradecida con ambos.

Otro aspecto en el cual he ido avanzando es en la incorporación a otras actividades tales como participar en la realización del postcast quincenal “El Arte de Vivir” en el Discord, crear contenido en mi columna “Integrales y en Expansión”, ambos trabajos de la mano de la amable comunidad @Holos-Lotus.

A raíz de la actividad realizada recibí la invitación de ser moderadora, lo que me ha dado oportunidad de crear iniciativas que han tenido una gran receptividad por parte de los amigo hivers, permitiéndome conocer e interactuar con muchas personas que con sus contenidos llenos de afectividad y calidad me hacen sentir que estoy en el mejor lugar. A todas estas, como siempre, agradecida con el apoyo de la amiga @miriannalis quien ha abierto estas puertas para mí.

Entre las tantas cosas que he aprendido durante este último año es la importancia del ahorro en Hive, lo que aumenta nuestro Poder de Voto y que el mejor momento para hacerlo es el primer día de cada mes junto a todos los hivers que hacemos el Power Up, entre otros aspectos, porque es emocionante la energía que transmite el grupo y que además, tienes oportunidad de ganar delegaciones y acá puedo decir que esta ha sido una de las grandes alegría recibidas, me gané una delegación que me hizo Orca por un mes, una delicia de premio, eso sí, mucho trabajó y compromiso, pero fue gratamente recompensado.

Siguiendo con el balance, también en este mes de marzo, hace una semana, llegué a los 70 puntos de reputación, realmente un logro que me llenó de mucha alegría. En mí plan de objetivos y estrategias para crecer en Hive, estaba alcanzar este puntaje en este primer año de reinicio de actividad, así que es todo un éxito con el cual me siento agradecida con la plataforma, las comunidades y cada persona que se acerca a mis post y hace su curación aportando al crecimiento y fortalecimiento de mi cuenta en Hive, para todos ¡Gracias, gracias, gracias!

Ahora viene mi auto-reconocimiento, porque los logros han sido el resultado de un trabajo constante, comprometido, responsable y sobre todo lleno de pasión por lo que hago. Una de las grandes cosas que valoro en Hive es la oportunidad de expresarme desde distintas aristas a través de las diversas comunidades, es parte de mi crecimiento personal y profesional que busca dentro de mi ser integral todos los espacios para su expansión. En este sentido me siento satisfecha conmigo misma y con el trabajo realizado por lo que me digo: —Vas bien Damarys, vas bien… Sigue así.

Soon I felt that in Hive a world of opportunities was opening up that I had not been able to see and I am still discovering the interstices of this beautiful ecosystem full of surprises and possibilities.

It has been a year of reunion with friendly people, willing to help, support and guide you, because if something characterizes the platform is that you are not alone. This fact, in itself, is a great added value because while you receive these attentions you are motivated to be part of them, that is, to also become a person who can help others in various aspects.

Around this idea I can say that step by step I have been making more space for Hive, today I have established a more constant rhythm in the comments and even to dare to suggest to people who are entering how they can improve their posts and for the first time I have a "tutored" of Hive that came to me through a friend with the idea of joining the platform, it has been a motivating work that is already paying off. For which I must recognize that I have received the support and guidance of @irvinc as well as @eddiespino, grateful to both of them.

Another aspect in which I have been advancing is in the incorporation to other activities such as participating in the realization of the biweekly postcast "The Art of Living" in the Discord, creating content in my column "Integral and Expanding", both works hand in hand with the kind community @Holos-Lotus.

As a result of the activity I received the invitation to be a moderator, which has given me the opportunity to create initiatives that have had a great receptivity from the hivers friends, allowing me to meet and interact with many people who with their content full of affection and quality make me feel that I am in the best place. To all these, as always, I am grateful for the support of my friend @miriannalis who has opened these doors for me.

Among the many things I have learned during this last year is the importance of saving in Hive, which increases our Voting Power and that the best time to do it is the first day of each month with all the hivers that we do the Power Up, among other aspects, because it is exciting the energy that transmits the group and also, you have the opportunity to win delegations and here I can say that this has been one of the great joy received, I won a delegation of 50. 000 Hive that Orca gave me for a month, a delightful prize, yes, a lot of work and commitment, but it was pleasantly rewarded.

Continuing with the balance, also in this month of March, a week ago, I reached 70 reputation points, really an achievement that filled me with great joy.
