set 3 .-Crunch inverso 15-20 reps x4 series	set 3 .-Crunch inverso 15-20 reps x4 sets

set 4.-Abdominales crujientes 15-20 repeticionesx4 series	set 4.-Crunch abdominales 15-20 reps x4 sets

set 5.-Giros rusos 20 repeticiones x4 series	set 5.-Russian money orders 20 reps x4 sets

set 5.-Estiramiento de cobra 30-45 segundos x4 series	set 5.-Cobra stretch 30-45 seconds x4 sets
