En este primer ejercicio haremos una 5 negativa con una pesa con hollow,lo ideal del compañero es,que si pesa mucho la pesa que te haga asistencia en la bajada ,si es una pesa que tu solo puede domir perfecto,luego de eso nos hiriamos direntamente a mantener unos 20 seg en full maltece,luego de eso nos vamos direstamente a press zanetti,con unas 8 repeticiones ,eso x3
in this first exercise we will do a negative 5 with a barbell with hollow, the ideal of the partner is, that if it weighs much the barbell that makes you assistance in the descent, if it is a barbell that you alone can dominate perfect, after that we hiriamos direntamente to maintain about 20 sec in full maltece, after that we go direstamente to press zanetti, with about 8 repetitions, that x3
En este segundo ejercicio haremos 8 repeticiones en para de mano con la ayuda de nuestro compañero,luego nos hiriamos de pike push a lean plancha unas 6 o 8 repeticiones con 10 seg al final x3
iin this second exercise we will do 8 repetitions in handstand with the help of our partner, then we will go from pike push to lean plancha about 6 or 8 repetitions with 10 sec. at the end x3.
En el tercer ejercicio haremos lean plancha con repeticion de unas 8 a 10 dominadas mas 10seg al final x3
In the third exercise we will do lean plank with repetition of 8 to 10 pull-ups plus 10sec at the end x3.
Cuarto y ultimo ejercicio haremos premilitar de unas 10 o 12 repeticiones,las premilitar las pueden hacer parados o sentados como se les haga mas comodo, eso x5
Fourth and last exercise we will do pre-military of about 10 or 12 repetitions, the pre-military can be done standing or sitting as it makes them more comfortable, that x5
