Greetings to all my friends in the Full Sports community, today I start my sports day in your company so I will perform a full extreme routine to burn fat my user @ loren0110 let's start
We will start today by doing a warm-up and we do it from the top down, first giving movement to the neck, then the shoulders to move to the elbows and wrists, then we will perform movements to the torso and hips to finish in the extension of the legs and arms, to get a little more warm we will do a little cardio to activate the body and thus be able to start today's routine
✔️ Ejercicio 1: Sentadilla, realizaremos 8 sentadillas profundas cuidando no sobrepasar las rodillas de las puntas de los pies
✔️ Exercise 1: Squat, we will perform 8 deep squats taking care not to exceed the knees of the tips of the feet
✔️ Ejercicio 2: Zancadas hacia atrás, Colocando las manos apoyadas al piso realizaremos extensión de piernas hacia atrás 4 por cada pierna
✔️ Exercise 2: Lunges backwards, placing the hands resting on the floor we will extend the legs backwards 4 for each leg
✔️ Ejercicio 3: Tocar a los lados y trote sencillo: Tocaremos el piso con una mano subiremos haremos trote sencillo y volveremos a bajar pero tocaremos el suelo con la otra mano
✔️ Exercise 3: Touch to the sides and simple trot: We will touch the floor with one hand, we will go up, we will do a simple trot and we will go back down but we will touch the ground with the other hand.
✔️ Ejercicio 4: Salto, Saltaremos hacia adelante y hacia atrás aplicando fuerza en todo el cuerpo.
✔️ Exercise 4: Jump, We will jump back and forth applying force throughout the body.
✔️ Ejercicio 5: Flexión y extensión de piernas , abriremos las piernas a la altura de las caderas y comenzaremos a bajar y subir realizando flexión y extensión de las piernas
✔️ Exercise 5: Flexion and extension of the legs, we will open the legs at the height of the hips and we will begin to go down and up doing flexion and extension of the legs
✔️ Ejercicio 6: Saltar la cuerda , saltaremos la cuerda hasta que resistamos ya que este será nuestro último ejercicio de la rutina así que daremos todo
✔️ Exercise 6: Jump rope, we will jump rope until we resist since this will be our last exercise in the routine so we will give everything
