Esta disciplina es una de las mas completas y mas funcionales ya que muchos de los ejercicios consisten en usar tu peso corporal. Con ella aprenderas sobre coordinación del cuerpo y mil clases de ejercicios. Como muestran las imagenes, esos son los estereotipos de cuerpos que surgen del Crossfit. Son muy tonificados pero tambien muy cuadrados ya que muchos de los ejercicios que hacen incluyen varios musculos al mismo tiempo. Una de las mejores cosas del Crossfit son los Crossfit Games, que es una competencia brutal.
This discipline is one of the most complete and functional since many of the exercises consist of using your body weight. With it you will learn about body coordination and a thousand kinds of exercises. As the pictures show, these are the stereotypical bodies that come out of Crossfit. They are very toned but also very square as many of the exercises they do involve several muscles at the same time. One of the best things about Crossfit is the Crossfit Games, which is a brutal competition.

Esta disciplica se centra en el uso de maquinas para ejercitar cada musculo por separado. Crea un cuerpo uniforme y voluptuoso. Los resultados son mas notorios y aparecen mas anticipados que el resto de las disciplinas pero si no se sigue ejercitando se pierde a diferencia del Crossfit y la Calistenia. Igualmente la motivación se mantiene debido a los rapidos resultados.
This discipline focuses on the use of machines to exercise each muscle separately. It creates a uniform and voluptuous body. The results are more noticeable and appear earlier than the rest of the disciplines but if you don't keep exercising you lose it, unlike Crossfit and Calisthenics. Motivation is also maintained due to the fast results.

Esta disciplina usa el peso corporal para lograr una fuerza increible y control sobre el cuerpo que no todos logran. A pesar de no crear cuerpos super voluptuosos, crea cuerpis super definidos y todos los ejercicios son considerados "estrictos", lo que quiere decir que no usan la ayuda de otros musculos para realizar ejercicios destinados a un musculo en especifico. Al igual que los Crossfit Games, la Calistenia tambien tiene competencias y exhibiciones.
This discipline uses body weight to achieve incredible strength and control over the body that not everyone achieves. While it doesn't create super voluptuous bodies, it does create super defined bodies and all exercises are considered "strict", meaning they don't use the help of other muscles to perform exercises that target a specific muscle. Like the Crossfit Games, Calisthenics also has competitions and exhibitions.

Yo prefiero el gimnasio combinado con otras disciplinas pero prefiero individualizar cada músculo para tener un cuerpo uniforme y aplicó otros tipos de entrenamiento para que mi cuerpo sea funcional pero todo va a a depender de muchos factores
