Hello community of @Hive and @fulldeportes, today I bring you a routine at home with different simple and effective warm-up exercises to keep our body in optimal conditions when performing any physical activity.
🕑 Sentadilla de sumo /Sumo Squat🕑
We start this warm-up routine by doing this fairly effective exercise. To do this, we stand up with our legs shoulder-level apart, then we do a squat but keep our arms outstretched and our back slightly bent forward, grasping the tips of our feet and we count 20 seconds
🕑Postura de avión / airplane posture🕑
To perform this warm-up exercise, we stand up and raise our right leg with the knee at waist level, pressing it on the abdomen and raise our arms stretched out to the sides at shoulder height, another way of doing it would be bending our body forward while we raise one leg backwards trying to make our body and the leg are aligned with the arms stretched out to the sides leaning only on one of our legs
🕑 Aductores y tendones / adductors and tendons🕑
We continue with this warm-up exercise, this time we will warm up the legs and tendons, we make a forward stride with the right leg while the left remains behind without the knee hitting the ground, we raise the left arm above the head and the right knee should be above the heel. Another way to do it would be to stride forward with the right leg and bring the hand up to the ankle while with the left hand we rest on the ground
🕑 Calentamiento de cadera / hip warm-up🕑
<div class = "text-justify"Terminamos nuestra rutina de calentamiento con este ejercicio, para ello nos colocamos de pie con las piernas bien estiradas, luego doblamos nuestro cuerpo hacia adelante hasta tocar el suelo con nuestras manos manteniendo las piernas lo mas estiradas posibles esto hará que tanto nuestras piernas como la cintura entraran en calor.We finish our warm-up routine with this exercise, for this we stand with our legs well stretched, then we bend our body forward until we touch the ground with our hands keeping our legs as stretched as possible this will make both our legs and waist they will warm up
