🕑 Abdominal con silla / With abdominal chair 🕑
We will start today's routine by doing these abs with a chair, to begin with, we sit on a chair with our legs close together and not so close to the back as we must leave space to place our hands and the back should not be completely glued to the back, ready we support ourselves with our hands and raise our knees bringing them as much as we can to the chest making pressure on the abdomen and hold the position for 20 seconds then we go down and repeat, let's do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
🕑Escaladores con silla / Chair climbers🕑
We continue with this climbing exercise with the help of a chair which will help us to work our legs, to begin we take the chair and rest our hands on the seat while our feet will be on the ground, then what we will do is raise the knee to chest height as if we were climbing we count 20 seconds for each leg, with a series of 3 with 10 repetitions
🕑 Fondo de tríceps / Triceps Background🕑
For this exercise we will place our back towards the chair and rest our hands on the edge of the chair while our feet are resting on the floor, already in this position we proceed to bend or flex the elbows and knees, lowering our entire torso but without touch the ground and we count to 20 and then we go up, also for those who want to put a little more intensity on it, they can do it with their legs fully stretched, this will make all the force we have to do with the arms and we will help to strengthen our triceps more a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
🕑 Flexiones con silla / Chair push-ups🕑
This exercise can be done in 2 ways, the first would be in a moderate way, which is by supporting our hands on the chair while the feet are supported on the floor with our body and legs stretched in a push-up position and we proceed to perform the push-ups by lowering our torso without sticking it from the chair and then we push ourselves upwards fully stretching our arms and elbows, the other way to do it is more intense which consists of placing our feet on the chair while our hands will be resting on the floor, ready we go down our torso without hitting the ground and we go up, when doing it in this way all the weight will fall on our arms, the results will be more effective, we will do a series of 3 with 10 repetitions
