🕑 Sentadillas / Squats🕑
Considered one of the best exercises to strengthen the legs and buttocks, it is quite easy to perform and very effective. To start we stand firm with our legs a little apart and our back straight, after this we slowly lower our body bending our knees until they are level with the waist, trying to have our back as straight as possible and we count to 20 and we go up to repeat again, we will do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
🕑Puente con elevación de piernas /Leg lift bridge🕑
We continue with this exercise to work the legs and buttocks, to begin we lie on our back on the floor or on a mat with the knees bent leaning on the soles of the feet, and ready we proceed to raise our body with the help of the arms. and the feet making the shape of a bridge already made, we raise one leg straight and we rest on the other, we count to 20 we go down and repeat with the other leg, let's do a series of 3 with 10 repetitions
🕑 Escalador /Scaler🕑
Now we will do this exercise that is also easy to do but that helps us a lot when working our legs, to begin we will place ourselves face down in a position to do push-ups supported on the tips of the feet and on the soles of the hands, then We raise one of our knees to bring it to the chest in a way as if we were climbing, we count to 20 while we exert force bringing the knee as high as possible, we will do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
🕑 Patada de burro / Donkey kick🕑
Finally, to finish our routine of 4 exercises, we will do this known as donkey kick that helps us to work our legs and buttocks, which is what we are working on today, to do it we place ourselves face down on the knees and forearms, already Ready we proceed to raise one of our legs until it is slightly above our body, we count to 20 and go down to continue with the other leg, let's do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
