A good body posture not only helps you prevent injuries and frequent discomfort, but also increases your self-confidence, favors the physical appearance and helps you gain elegance. For this reason, today, I recommend certain exercises to improve posture, working the muscles involved in it. Ejercicios para mejorar la postura / Exercises to improve posture
We must remember that before any exercise routine it is necessary to do stretching and warm-ups that go according to the area that we will work, all this to avoid jerks or cramps that affect our daily life at the moment or in the long term.
Ejercicio 1 / Exercise 1
Standing, touch the shoulders on the same side with both hands, with the arms in front of the chest and the elbows down. Bring your arms to the sides and back, keeping your elbows close to your torso. At the same time, retract your head and try to stretch it up. Hold the position for a few seconds and return to the starting position.
Ejercicio 2 / Exercise 2
On your knees, palms behind your head, lean your torso forward. With your torso still bent, straighten your back and bring your elbows and head back before returning to the starting position.
Ejercicio 3 / Exercise 3
Sitting on the floor, with the knees bent and the feet supported in front of the body, lean the torso forward and extend both arms to the front. Without mobilizing your trunk, bring your arms up and back, then return to the starting position.
Ejercicio 4 / Exercise 4
In prone position, that is, lying face down on the floor, bring your hands towards your shoulders with your elbows at the sides of your body. Rotate your arms out and back, while bending your elbows, and at the same time slightly raise your head and upper back. Hold the position for a few seconds and return to the starting position.
At the end we can stretch to prevent tense muscles; and with this we end the simple but strengthening abdomen routine that we can do from the comfort of our home and with our own body.
