Hola a todos mis amigos de @fulldeportes. Me complace saludarlos hoy sábado , esperando estén disfrutando de un felíz fin de semana. Les comparto una de las caminatas de la semana. Esta se llevó a cabo por la Av. Perimetral de Cumaná, en mi recorrido habitual. Durante el camino voy disfrutando de la brisa del mar, el bello paisaje, el tránsito de vehículos, las personas paseando a sus mascotas, los hermosos y tradicionales botes de pesca artesanal, entre otras curiosidades.

En esta caminata en particular como a veces adelanto el paso de mi compañero de caminata; me detengo a tomar fotos para tener un recuerdo de ese día y además compartir con ustedes algo diferente. Me llamó la atención de una cantidad de botes, que se estacionan en la orilla y que son utiluzados por pescadores artesanales. Me encantó tomarme una foto allí.

Mientras disfruté de ejercitarme y estar en movimiento, obseré como el clima ha cambiado en nuestra ciudad, especialmente en esta primera semana del mes de octubre. Tanto por la brisa un poco más intensa, como la hora en que va oscureciendo, ahora más temprano. Por lo que pronto debo ajustar la hora de llegada e inicio de mi rutina deportiva. Es importante destacar, que parte de la Av. Perimetral carece de iluminación por lo que sería algo incómodo y hasta arriesgado. Para esta semana intentaré llegar antes de las 5:30.

Cada caminata es un encuentro especial con la naturaleza, una contribución para mejorar la salud y una oportunidad para aumentar mi capacidad y rendimiento físico. Estoy felíz de poder disfrutar de esta actividad deportiva que tanto bien ha causado a mi mente y cuerpo. A todos mis amigos amantes del deporte les deseo mucha salud y bienestar.

Hello to all my friends from @fulldeportes. I am pleased to greet you today Saturday, hoping you are enjoying a happy weekend. Today I share with you one of the walks of the week. This one took place along the Perimetral Avenue of Cumaná, in my usual route. During the walk I enjoy the sea breeze, the beautiful landscape, the traffic of vehicles, the people walking their pets, the beautiful and traditional fishing boats, among other curiosities.

On this particular hike, as I sometimes overtake my walking companion, I stop to take pictures to have a memory of that day and also to share with you something different. I noticed a number of boats, which are parked on the shore and are used by artisanal fishermen. I was delighted to take a photo there.

While I enjoyed exercising and being on the move, I noticed how the weather has changed in our city, especially in this first week of October. Both because of the slightly more intense breeze, but also because of the time it is getting darker, now earlier. So I will soon have to adjust the time of arrival and start of my sporting routine. It is important to note that part of the Perimetral Avenue lacks lighting, so it would be somewhat uncomfortable and even risky. For this week I will try to arrive before 5:30.

Every walk is a special encounter with nature, a contribution to better health and an opportunity to increase my physical capacity and performance. I am happy to be able to enjoy this sporting activity that has done so much good for my mind and body. To all my sport-loving friends I wish you good health and well-being.
