¡Seguimos entrenando!, hoy la caminata fue con nueva compañia 🚶🚶‍♀️⛰️

Probablemente este sea mi penultimo recorrido en el pino antes de la gran caminata, apenas me quedan dos días para iniciar, estoy intentando darle con todo ya que me encuentro en la recta final de lo que ha sido mi entrenamiento para el evento, hoy estuvo nublado pero afortunadamente no llovio, por el contrario fue el mejor clima posible, espero que sea así durante los 80 kilometros que me esperan este 05 de agosto, de hecho el plan es iniciar durante la tarde para hacer la mayor parte en la noche, evitando así el sol potente del medio día y de la tarde.

Probably this will be my penultimate run in the pine forest before the big walk, I only have two days left to start, I'm trying to give it my all since I'm in the final stretch of what has been my training for the event, today was cloudy but fortunately it did not rain, on the contrary it was the best possible weather, I hope it will be like that during the 80 kilometers that await me this August 5th, in fact the plan is to start during the afternoon to do most of it at night, thus avoiding the powerful sun of the midday and afternoon.

Hice la ruta con una amiga que vino recientemente al país, ya les hablé de ella hace unas semanas en mi blog, no esta para nada acostumbrada a este tipo de actividades así que fue bastante lento llegar a la cima, aunque realmente no hay prisa, no se trata de velocidad sino de resistencia. La montaña estuvo para nosotros solos, no vimos ni una sola persona en la subida, unos cuantos animalitos, entre estos un perrito que nos causo intriga, literalmente estaba echado a un lado de la carretera viendo fijamente como subimos y pasamos a su lado, jamás hizo algún movimiento, ni siquiera su cola... Solo estaba allí con una mirada que juzga 😂.

I did the route with a friend who recently came to the country, I told you about her a few weeks ago in my blog, she is not at all used to this kind of activities so it was quite slow to get to the top, although there is really no hurry, it is not about speed but endurance. The mountain was for us alone, we did not see a single person on the way up, just a few animals, among these a little dog that caused us intrigue, he was literally lying on the side of the road staring as we climbed and passed by him, he never made any movement, not even his tail .... He was just there with a judging look 😂.

Las vistas son excelentes, yo las veo desde hace años, pero para ella fue la primera vez y quedo encantada con el pino y el recorrido en general, de verdad que la montaña es una gran idea para despejar la mente y sobretodo para ejercitar, se los he dicho antes, el trekking me parece la disciplina más divertida de todas, sin duda alguna la mejor forma de hacer cardio. Hoy por descuido mio no lleve agua, ese fue el unico error del día, al ir tan lento y hablar tanto me estaba muriendo de sed en la cima.

The views are excellent, I have seen them for years, but for her it was the first time and she was delighted with the pine tree and the route in general, really the mountain is a great idea to clear the mind and above all to exercise, I have told you before, trekking seems to me the most fun of all disciplines, undoubtedly the best way to do cardio. Today by my carelessness I did not take water, that was the only mistake of the day, going so slow and talking so much I was dying of thirst at the top.

Llegamos temprano a casa, así que en esta oportunidad no logré ninguna imagen del atardecer aunque para ser sincero creo que las nubes no tenian ninguna intención de permitirnos presenciarlo, de hecho fue la causa de bajar tan rapido, queriamos evitar a toda costa la lluvia, pero como les dije antes, no paso.

We arrived home early, so this time I didn't get any pictures of the sunset although to be honest I think the clouds had no intention of allowing us to see it, in fact it was the cause of going down so fast, we wanted to avoid the rain at all costs, but as I told you before, it didn't happen.
