Hello to all my dear Hive Blog❤️ readers, especially my Full Sports community.
On this occasion I want to share with you the final part of my training until the summit of Choroni⛰️🔝, where I learned a lot about how to be a good cyclist💪 and where I shared with my cycling team @TeamAraguaprobike 🚴♀️🚴, this time we did a simulation and a physical preparation for our first race as a team🏁🤝, which will take place this Saturday March📆 2.
Today I will share a little of my experience, tips and learning, I hope you enjoy it. A hug.
...
In the previous part of this training I showed you a little of how the first stage☝️ was and some technical tips I took to improve as an athlete🔍🔝, as well as I showed them part of the road where I only showed the imposing Danta. Now I want to introduce you to how my experience was arriving at the first Choroni Regressive and finally the summit⛰️🏆🚴♀️💯 ;
It was really a difficult road, because with my iron🏋️♀️ mountain bike it cost me a lot because the ratio of speed and changes had a problem and did not let me make the speed changes correctly✅, however do not let me influence too much for that in the route (the mind plays a fundamental role in sport and sports🧠💪 performance).
When we arrived at the first Regressive of the road I gave thanks to the universe and to God haha🙏, since it took me a lot of work to climb (although there were about 5 or 6 kilometers to reach the top of the mountain⛰️);
Well, although I do constant exercise, not knowing the way and not knowing how much juice was missing against me, because anxiety and fatigue combined🙁.
However, that day I was encouraged and motivated to continue and after that stop at the first Regressive📍 where we shared a snack, I felt even more recovered😴;
My other companions decided not to continue because they were too tired to reach the summit😅, however one of them decided to accompany me to the end and on the way we met my other friends from the group @Rulasinfronteras👋.
Well, part of being a good cyclist is knowing how to support and accompany a partner until the end and especially when they are their first times🚲;
And although in many sections of the road I felt like giving up, to say "so far...", "I can't do it anymore", I decided to continue because I knew I could do more🚴♀️💯.
And so it was that despite the fatigue🥵😕 and lactic acid in my legs from the climbs🦵, I finally reached the highest part of the Choroni⛰️🔝 road;
It was a wonderful experience, with her I learned that to be a good cyclist I really have to strive for it🔍.
Trained well (weights, cardio, cycling, pre and post training🏃♀️ stretches), resting well (minimum 8 hours🕓), eating better and taking care of both my body and mind🧘♀️ ;
Well, staying well physically is not everything, it is also necessary to learn to breathe and calm the defeatist and negative thoughts💭📉 that can lie down on the road🛣️🚲.
And know that you can, that if you can get to the end of the road🌄 and that it does not matter if you fall, what matters is that you get back up and try until it goes well💪;
Because talent is not enough, because without discipline and perseverance we will not be able to achieve anything in life🍂, or at least a sports🚴♀️🏆💯 goal or something that requires more effort than a simple motivation🔍.

I wish and hope you liked the post and were able to take something from here for you today.
I wish you a lot of self-confidence and strength to achieve the goals you set for yourself, step by step and day after day, sooner rather than later you will be able to see your results, in the meantime remember to enjoy the process.
