My dad's birthday is coming up at the end of next month. He's struggling with some questions around the passing of my mom, a year ago next week. And lately he has doubts about some life choices they made along the way and how they affected her.
I know a few great women who work as a medium, my parents both attended a mediumship demonstration with me a few years ago and one of those mediums once channeled a sister of my mom, giving her such a loving and valuable message that really impacted her in a good way.
So I decided to contact that particular medium and be frank about the financial threshold. Nothing wrong with just asking, right? She immediately told me to be open to a split payment or even an alternative payment and said she wanted to think it over and get back to me on it.
Shortly after, she suggested me painting ten greeting cards for her. She'd really like greeting cards with puns and with flowers or plants. So I got after it.

I gave her a preview with the message that I would replace any card she didn't quite like. Fortunately, she likes them all. 🙂
