Last week a good friend of mine turned 24. She has had the most difficult year in her young life, so I decided to surprise her with a selfmade gift.
As she really adores alpacas, it wasn't a heard choice what to make.
I painted an alpaca and re-used a blue frame (her favorite colour).
For stress relief, I got her an alpaca shaped pop-it. Nice feature: it's glow-in-the-dark.
Since she is very creative herself, I made her a booklet with a mix of blanc, lined and dotted pages and laminated deviders she can write on with whiteboard markers. The atoma puncher was put to good use once again.
All of that I put in a black totebag with - you got that right - an alpaca print on it.
The icing on the cake was a virtual birthday card I made with Canva.com
I really had fun putting her birthday present together. And the most important thing is... she absolutely loved it.
