What’s up again, my dearest hive? It's me again, your fabulous @shymmering,I am all set and ready to share my utmost indelible moments in my life. My apology for uploading this very late happening to my life due to busyness,so here we go.
Others might be having fun on their summer vacation at sea (beaches or resorts), or they might be spending their whole summer in cities. But for me, it's a little bit half in half. Hence, I also have a summer vacation in beaches, nature, at our farm, or rather spending time in our community (barangay). And speaking of spending time in our community, here’s my new blog. I prepared this for you, and it's just that I don’t want you to miss my unforgettable experience in my last week of July. Note: This blog is containing my whole experience regarding the wonderful event in our barangay.
The planning session

The pressure is pressuring omygadd shemss🥲
In the month of June, we are having a meeting together with our sangguniang kabataan (SK) chairwoman, co-SK councillors, and all youth officers in each purok. This time we were planning to have a culminating activity in brigada pagbasa led by our education committee (sk councillor bong pradilla).
Speaking of Brigada Pagbasa here are some photos taken during their brigada pagbasa session led by kuya bong.🫡
Additionally as well as the nutrition month culminating activity led by your own committee on health. And most especially giving the pahalipay awards:
The beneficiaries of the pahalipay awards will be the high school, senior high school, and college academic students, as well as board passers, yet we are also distributing school supplies to the grade 1 students. All of these beneficiaries will only be registered voters and live in our cherished barangay. Indeed, we also planned for what would be the essential thing to do in order for all the youth to get interested, engaged, and be part of it.
Our one week purok visitation was indeed memorable for me because this is my first time seeing the different purok's in our barangay and it was great as well as I am enjoying our semu-adventure in our beloved baranggay. And lastly it's a success!! 🥰
We came up with the plan to have a visitation in each purok to inform everyone about the activities we have prepared for them to participate in before the school classes start. During our visitation, young men and women who attended our meeting had the opportunity to become youth officers for their purok. We needed officers to work with the youths and to make the celebration of our event the best and very memorable.
During the morning event

Before the program start, pray first as asking for guidance to our event.
Followed by the opening dance led by our very energetic BCA AND TYM youth.
After that there are people who gaved message to our event. And while they were talking we are just sitting and taking a glimpse of the photo opportunity together with TYM AND BCA Members lol🫢
We gave 'sopas'/lugaw to everyone perfect for the coldness of the weather🫥..
In collaboration with our very active Barangay Health Workers (BHW) led by their Commitee on Health "nanay esyat-a barangay councilor".A BIG SALUTE AND THANKS TO THEM !!🫡
It's my honour to be with this very adorable and intelligent cute children.A kind of training for me because I am choosing the course of education so that time my patience was examined if I am deserving to be a good leader and a teacher as well.🥲
And yes, I do have an assigned task, which is the spelling bee contest. Although there are lots of games that we have prepared for it. I'm very focused on this one activity I am assessing because I'm going to be dead if I don't take it seriously, especially since the participants in the spelling bee contest are composed of elementary students. While going to our venue, some of us got a heavy rain because it was raining and we were not prepared for the weather. Then, in our venue, the participants are eager to get started and be ready for the elimination rounds. But before that, we won't forget to pray and thank our Lord Jesus Christ for everything, and after that, we are getting to know ourselves. Each cluster is much happier because they find a friend in a different cluster as well. Hence, they're kids, but they didn't hesitate to make friends, and now each other. Camaraderie is the best thing that has happened in all ways of the events, so that was what they did in our activity, and I'm happy for that also.
Let the game begin!!!
When the game has started, the surroundings are so intense because the participants of each cluster are very competitive.
Photos taken from me
Cluster three or the Platos Forge was indeed majestic their win is defined to their team whereas they are not just a winner but somehow the most incredible influencer ,that what i observed during their game.😇
Cluster 2 or the Socrate's is the first eliminated in the first round but surprisingly their abilities is different .A very strong foundation of teamwork that you can find to their group.🫡
Cluster 1 or Known as Aristotle's Might is leading in the second round very idol🥲
I never thought that the flow of the game was much more interesting because knowing that the words we prepared were difficult, but for them they passed it through. In the first round, the 2nd cluster has been eliminated, but surprisingly, their score is closer to the other cluster. But it's okay as long as they gain some knowledge and experience from the game.
They are still considered the winners. And in the final round, the two clusters are more productive because they want to grab the first spot. What we did was lend a hand to my co-counselor, who is also enjoying the game. They gave some difficult words to the participants, and if you’re wondering why we gave difficult words to them because this round is called a clincher where we gave words to them, somehow new to their vocabulary, at the end of the game, cluster 3 is declared a winner.
After my assigned task, me and my councilors, as well as our Tabogon Youth Members (TYM) and Barangay Children's Association (BCA), are required to go to the barangay health worker center because we need to take our lunch first, whereas finally our morning event has ended successfully. In the afternoon event, stay tuned to my next blog as I will be uploading part 2 of this story!
