The "Bull or Bear: NFTs And Fine Arts Debate" is a series of events organized by the Philippine-based education platform @bitskwela. The first event, titled "Brushes and Pixels: A Debate on NFTs and Fine Arts," took place on June 16, 2023, at the Imahica Art Gallery in Mandaluyong City. The debate included top Filipino creatives and entrepreneurs. The larger event, Bull or Bear: Philippine Web3 Debate 2023, will take place in Cebu City on July 15, 2023. The debate is aimed at fostering a dialogue on the future of art through NFTs and traditional mediums. It will be hosted and moderated by Edrei Tan, and co-presented by GCash and Blockcele81.
