I went from a government employee to a customer service representative agent.

I'd say that's an upgrade. People can say what they want but at the end of the day, your current job will pay the bills and more. Plus, there are lots opportunities for promotion and career growth.

I'm in a graveyard shift so after work, when I get home, I sleep the day away to replenish my energy for another night's work.

Once your body clock adjusts, it will be easy breezy. Have fun!

    I totally agree with you on this one. I've never meant to downgrade the CSR position. I'm even thankful I got to be in a CSR position. The company I am in right now is 150 times better than the previous ones. As long as I'm happy, I'm good.

    TRUEST! I tend to be more active at night than during the day, though! HAHA I couldn't sleep shit at night before. I've only slept a maximum of 4hrs before. Now, I get to sleep for 9–10 hours. HAHAHA night shift is better. hahahahaha
