Hello there!

It has been a while, I feel like I can't even remember how to start creating a post. My life has been a little bit too busy these past few months I had to go on hibernation from almost all of my Hive activities. I felt like I have been trying to do so many things all at the same time, my whole being was aching for some rest. But things still need to get done and they need to get done right so I embodied the word focus for the last quarter.

How's life been for all of you? I missed you all! I hope you all are getting enough rest and relaxation. I need this so terribly. You know how it is when you wake up in the morning and still feel tired and know that you're once again going to get tired for the whole day so you just function because you made a list of things that you need to accomplish? And then because you only just have enough energy to finish just a few things, you kind of push some of your tasks away and then feel guilty and stressed out because you feel like you've failed. I was like that a few months ago.

I'm slowly crawling out of that blackhole. It helps that since I am homeschooling my daughter, I still have that one single purpose in life that pushes me to wake up everyday with a smile. Then, I signed myself up to a community of homeschooling moms. We had meetups, they had me teach them crocheting, they asked help with their homeschool planning. It made me realize that I still have more to do in this world. It made me think that maybe, I still have a hope of leaving a legacy behind. That I'm not just some teacher wannabe.

Speaking of homeschooling, my homeschool planner is one of the things that gives me happiness. I have been working on a homeschool plan from start to finish. I'll share more about it once I have finalized my system. I figured since I have already found the teaching method I want to use, I need to make sure I have a system that is sustainable and would not drain the life out of me. Because if you're not yet aware, homeschooling is not an easy feat. It is one of the most demanding jobs anybody will ever have. And best of all, it's like an unpaid internship with the job description of a highly paid professional. Oh, I am so excited to share my homeschool planner, I think I'll be selling these templates. :)

I may really have the heart of an entrepreneur. I did a soft launch of my crochet shop. I don't have a physical shop per se, but I have been marketing it a little bit more aggressively than I previously did. I figured that if I did really want my crochet business to boom, I should talk about it all the time. People need to know my presence. LOL. Okay, it's not as aggressive as I had hoped it would be. I still have that "Well, if you don't want it, then sure, go away." But so happy to say that I have been having not just bulk orders but also big projects. I have finished the hobby horse, a friend of mine commissioned me for another toy for her son. I also have some bouquet orders now, some wearables, then I have some tiny crochet trinkets for my inventory. It's tiring, and challenging, but it's fun. It's giving me a lot of joy.

Hopefully, once I have my life all sorted out - meaning once I have my complete state of mind in the most un-trigger-able state, hopefully, I could get back to my blogging. I originally wanted to make this post as a somewhat come-back/power up post, or just letting you guys know I still exist kind of post but it kinda led to me feeling a bit vulnerable. I still have the urge to do CTRL+A, DEL on my keyboard but, meh. Not everyday, not every month should be all smiles and giggles and happiness. Life is full of stress and endless tasks that needs to be done. So I am giving myself permission to do this kind of post every once in a while. I need this.
