Hey everyone it's Mooon :)
I realize that this month of August is kinda long and quite challenging as well, I can't explain but there are a lot of happenings that I've experienced like traveling, organizing events, competitions, and a new career.
Before August Ends, Our Youth Organization was invited to a Team Building for 2 days with free accommodation however, I'm gonna make a separate blog for that so I can focus on that happenings. So for today's blog, I'm going to share with you guys the place where our Team Building is held and this is called the Phillip's Sanctuary
The place is designed specifically for team building as they offer and facilitate a whole event themselves it is also a perfect place for a nature lover, this place suits me well.
This place is located at Pestaño Farm Trail, Antipolo, Rizal also known as Pestaño Farm. A 12-hectare property with thousands of trees planted and well-maintained by the staff working on the farm.
Upon entry, I was astonished by the tall trees and I can say that all of them are healthy and strong ones.
I was surrounded by the trees and suddenly I felt calm and relaxed the negativity and sadness that I'd felt vanished.
The energy that pulses throughout trees gives me feelings of tranquility, safety, security, rootedness, and stability, perhaps this is what they called the Tree Energy
This is the Sanctuary's whole map.
I walked from Guardhouse until I reached our cottage with this, I had enough time to explore the place and appreciate nature more.
I saw different kinds of animals along the way like ostriches, horses, and chickens. I noticed that they are used to people cause they are not running once you approach them the Ostriches are hilarious they voluntarily approach me even though I don't have a portion of food to feed them there's one ostrich who smiles at my camera lol 😂
There's a Rambutan too and they sell it for a cheap price you can get 1 kilo for 50 pesos I picked one when it fell from the tree and ate it secretly Haha my bad! I'm just curious how it tastes.
You can enjoy and eat some food here in Noy Pepe's cafe. They offer coffee, breakfast, milk tea, and lutong bahay dishes.
This is our Cottage, it's huge inside approximately there are 20 people in this cottage including me. I love the ambiance inside and out kind of relaxing and cozy.
Before we took a rest, I went outside and wandered around the place.
There's a pool and Open Shower that will help you to clean up after you stroll in the middle of the forest.
As I strolled through the serene forest, my worries dissolved. The fragrance of fresh pine and the rustling of leaves in the gentle breeze calmed my mind. I came across a crystal-clear river flowing peacefully and felt drawn towards it. The water was so clear that I could see the rocks and sand on the riverbed. I sat on a boulder and watched as the water flowed over the rocks, creating a soothing sound that put my mind at ease.
Philip's Sanctuary is a must-visit place if you want to recharge and reconnect with nature.
I felt renewed and energized. The forest and the river had given me a moment of respite from the chaos of the world, and I was grateful. I knew that I would return to this place in the future for a moment of solace and tranquility.
That's it for now and see you in my next blog.
All the photos are mine.
