Good Day ! Back again with my laboratory dish that I'm going share to you guys. I to myself been wondering what is the process of making a ham?

Of course, you to yourself been wondering on the foods like process food of how they made of.

Todays Lab, We are assigned to make are own Pork Ham.

My photos don't look good nice quality and appealing to you cause my camera of my phone is not good but I tried my hard to take a good picture of my lab.

To make your own ham, You only need a 6 ingredients :

1. Pork ( the shoulder, and you need to ground it )

2. All purpose flour

3. Salt

4. Pink Salt

5. White sugar

6. Oil

The process of making it :

First, In the clean mixing bowl, you put the pork meat and add all the ingredients except for the oil, you just mix it with spatula and your done ! And the uses of oil is to spread it in the loaf pan and before putting the your own made of ham.

after that, you wrap it with cling wrap and put in the fridge for overnight and steam it, And you're done! And you can fry it !
