The Busy Monday

Good day my co-hive users! I just want to share my monday last March 13, 2023. And it was my busiest day ever!

My monday started with our business.We have a small food business, we offer packed meals and food in trays. I am also selling peanuts to our office because one day i bring peanuts there cooked by my husband and they like it so I decided to sell it. They eat it when they bored and tired during office hours. And we cooked peanuts that day also to sell.

So, monday we had a contract to our client and will serve there preferred meals like breakfast, lunch and snacks.

As early as 3:00 o'clock in the morning we have to woke up to prepare the foods. These meals consist of Chicken alfredo pasta for the breakfast, chicken teriyaki, squash and string beans in coconut milk, beef brocolli and egg pie as desert for lunch. And for snacks we need to prepare for clubhouse sandwich.

This time its a big challenge for us because for the first time we will serve a mango shake. And i was the one who prepare it. Before i did that i need to practice on how to prepare it so that was saturday and sunday. Because its my first time i just used the ordinary blender and its quiet hard to blend using tube ice. And i realized that i should use crushed ice to make it fast. I prepared 22 mango shakes for 2 hours. I started 4:30 in the morning until 6:45.

On that day in have also work at 8:00 and because it was a government agency every monday we had a flag ceremony and our unit was the one who is in-charge. I prepared the audio visual presentation so i need to come early as early as 7:00 am. Luckily, it rains so we don't need to do the program complete because we just made it through paging system. We just played the hymn, the prayer and the pledge. While playing it,the employees just stayed in their offices and we also started late to wait for our co-employees. And also i dont need to discuss the topic for lecture. It was just a short insights for women's month. Secretly, of course I am happy that it is raining.

After the short flag raising ceremony, its time to face my office works. And it is really really many paper works. That time i need to prepare the rushed documents for National Capital Region Palaro (Games) that was the title to be held on April. Prepare for proposals for the uniforms and meals. Then submit it to the head of the agency for approval and sadly we need revision.

At 10:00 in the morning, still an urgent revision of powerpoint presentation for Office Performance with outstanding rating. I thought it was just a revision but I need to make another one. And it will be use at 1:00 pm. That time i feel so really stressed because i need to find another details to be attached on that presentation like pictures and memorandums. And again luckily i made it. and after that i face my after paper works which is not urgent.

I finished the day and all paperworks successfully. A big thanks to my assistants who is really very industrious and i really love them.
